I did NOT bring the car in for service.
My wife brought it in.
So, I didn't know how anything about it except that she told me Shelly (our service tech) was incredible.

The service is probably 5-Stars too.
I wouldn't know (don't drive that car).
Also, quit asking me if we want to sell the the car back to you. .
We're not interested.
I'm beginning to like the old Cowboy Toyota better than the new Norm Reeves but we'll keep coming back for service as long as Shelly is there.

Stay Away!!! Cowboys Toyota's service department does not have their business in order. The mechanics are not properly trained to do diagnostics and will most likely make you waste your time, but most importantly your money. They also have a service director (Joe Hatcher) who has a "That's Not My Problem" attitude. He refuses to call you or even speak to you. The following is our experience: We took in our 2021 Toyota Highlander to have it inspected due to a noise coming from the passenger front wheel. The vehicle was still under warranty at the this time. A day later, we were told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that the noise was from a box of Tic Tacs inside the vehicle. A few months later, we could still hear the noise. However, the noise got louder. We took it back to Cowboy Toyota for the 3rd time, and this time, they found the problem. We had a defective strut, worn out bearings, and a damaged support. Well guess?, the warranty had ran out and now Cowboy was expecting us to dish out $700 bucks to fix the vehicle. We feel that the mechanic failed to properly diagnose the vehicle right the first time we took in the vehicle and because of this the vehicle was no longer under warranty when the mechanic finally found the problem. We were left with having to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Never again will we be going back to Cowboy Toyota.
