I feel compelled to share my experience in full because no one else should have to go through what I did. I was blatantly misled into paying nearly $400 for what I was assured was a screen replacment & premium tempered glass screen protector. In reality, it was nothing more than cheap plastic — the kind you could buy online for a fraction of the price. The worst part? My phone screen cracked underneath while the so‑called “protector” remained flawless, proving it offered no real protection at all.
When I called to address this issue, I expected at least some accountability or a solution. Instead, the same representative who had serviced my device dismissed me outright, saying it wasn’t his problem. No apology, no attempt to make things right — just indifference. That’s not just poor customer service; it’s dishonest business practice.
For the price I paid, I expected integrity, quality, and professionalism. What I received was deception, disregard, and a complete lack of responsibility. Businesses like this thrive on misleading customers, but I refuse to stay silent. Consider this my warning: if you value your money, your devices, and your peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.

They were one of the few places that had the the battery I needed for IPhone 13Pro. The service was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m glad to know about this store at this location.

Bad service !!!
They promised to fix my iPhone screen and they gave me a lot of issues saying why they can't fix it.
They left my phone worst than what it was and they seem that they didn't care at all.
Never coming to this store never again....
