Very quick, easy to deal with. Went in for what appeared to be a broken camera lens and they quickly diagnosed the problem as being much cheaper and a quicker fix.

I had insurance so it was 29.99 to repair my iPhones cracked screen. Took them about an hour (maybe even less) which was great! Screen is good as new!

Above and beyond! Greenville and SW store. New battery, deleted viruses, and cleared junk in phone. Also got my custom ring tone back. They laughed at my ring tone! This was several extra miles. Wish I could put ten stars.

I had an iPhone since before 2010 in the "early days" of the iPhone. I've never bought the insurance or AppleCare. Recently, after all but destroying my 1TB iPhone 14 Pro, the guys at CPR on Greenville made me feel rather justified in my decision to never buy the insurance.Stepping back a bit, I was in the City Museum in St. Louis for a quick weekend trip and had my phone in my pocket. At one point, my 2 year old took off and to try and get her, I had to invert myself to make sure she wouldn't get away. When I did this, my phone slid out of my pocket and landed on the concrete 15' below. Some nice person handed me my cell phone up through the grating that it had fallen through. Remarkably, the cell phone worked, but the back of the phone was shattered into a million pieces. The nice case on my phone prevented glass from getting everywhere, thankfully.Concerned about my phone, I looked for repair places in the St. Louis area. I called 4-5 different places (including 2 CPR locations!) local to St. Louis and had one heck of a time trying to get them to fix my phone. Either they would fix the phone but wanted to keep it for 3 days or so (which wasn't possible, as I was only visiting for the weekend) or they strongly encouraged me to not even fix the phone, as it was "likely only superficial or aesthetic damage," or they said they'd do it really inexpensively and quickly.I gave up and flew back to Dallas with my iPhone. I went right to this CPR location where they quoted me $300 plus tax to fix the phone. This was higher than other quotes that I'd gotten, but through my research online learned that the method in which they were proposing to fix the phone (by replacing the entire rear chassis of the unit) was the right solution, given the idiosyncrasies of the iPhone 14 Pro. Their response gave me a whole level of comfort regarding how they'd fix it. (My background is Electrical and Computer Engineering, and just talking with them, they demonstrated an additional level of proficiency in their responses with me.) As the gentleman at CPR took my phone out of the case, I got to fully appreciate how badly it was damaged--there were literally shards of glass all over the place and holes in what remained in the glass after he removed it from the case. So much for "superficial" damage...They did have to order the part (though gave me the option to "change the color" of my iPhone, as they were replacing the entire back of it--kind of a cool feature, honestly!) but had the part in about a day and a half, ready to go. I brought them my phone and they'd repaired it--as good as new--in about 2.5 hours. In summary: I write this long review to say a couple of things:-Of course, it DOES matter where you take your phone to get it repaired. It's highly craft sensitive.-Different places will suggest different fixes for your phone. Don't throw good money after bad. Get it done once, and get it done right.-I learned in my little adventure that there are variances between CPR locations. Go to THIS location.Thank you CPR! I hope to not see you again very soon--but if the unthinkable happens, I'll be heading your way. (And until then, I'll continue to skip the insurance purchase!)

CPR Cell Phone Repair diagnosed a laptop problem promptly and accurately, at a fair price. I found the staff professional, honest and friendly and would certainly take any laptop or cell phone problem to them in the future.

The screen went out on my iPhone so I called to see how long it would take to fix. Hector said to bring on over. An hour later I was walking out the door with a functioning phone again repaired at a fair price. Hector was fantastic! Then my daughter's iPhone stopped charging so I brought it over to Hector again who determined the problem was the charger. He cleaned and tested the phone and gave it back - no charge! So honest! Totally trust and recommend these guys for phone and computer repair!!
