Ordered sectional on Jan 5 and as of today June 21, still have not received. I was supposed to receive this couch within 4-6 weeks from the purchase date and it has been pushed back multiple times. As of today, over 6 months later CB tells me the sectional left a warehouse in Dallas and will go to another warehouse in San Antonio and will arrive in 4 weeks! I like CB products but after this experience I will never buy from CB ever again.

Ordered a kitchen island in April, it arrived at the warehouse in May, and it has been nothing short of a fiasco trying to get it in my possession. First, I thought it was odd that the first available time to pickup my piece from the warehouse was a month out! I figured that couldn't be right, so I called customer service. Sure enough, the earliest they could do was a month out, so the rep told me he would mark me down for 6/27. 6/27 comes around and I thought it strange I hadn't received any sort of pickup confirmation, so I called customer service again. THEY HAD NO RECORD of my pickup date being 6/27. The rep then stated they would offer free delivery if I could wait until 7/28. They did not confirm my address and I neglected to confirm they had the correct address (partially my fault) I received a text from Ryder trucking yesterday stating they would be delivering today, but AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. I called Ryder and they stated I would have to contact Crate & Barrel and that I would be removed from the dispatch. After talking to a rep yesterday, I'm now scheduled for delivery in late August. Unbelievable that my piece has been sitting in the warehouse since May and I still don't have it. Something else will probably happen and my piece will be delayed again. Overall an awful experience.

Workers didn't really look for all my pieces. Gave all order numbers. Then got upset and a lady asked for P. O. Information and she found it. The others guy didn't look. Also waited over an hour. Got there at 8am

This place!! Where do I begin?? I stop by at least once a week to see what's new! I plan on furnishing my entire home from the incredible inventory here! don't waste your time and don't pay full price'- the sales here are amazing! Craig and Mark and entire staff are so friendly and helpful. I love this place so much!

Love all of the friendly staff here! This place is so fun to shop at because you seriously never know what you'll end up finding. Lucky us, we got our dream bar for a third of the original price!!!! Can't wait to find many many more goodies

We were expecting a store much bigger than this but it was ok. Like any true outlet it is really hot or miss when it comes to finding what you want. I wish some of the made for outlet items were moved out to make more room for furniture. It's definitely a tight squeeze in this place. Prices are pretty good on furniture if you can find something that is not already sold. We found a beautiful chaise but it was already sold. Some pieces are damaged but they will mention it on the tag. The salesperson said it was visual inspection and not a thorough inspection so keep that in mind when buying things. Check everything as it is final sale! Helpful and very polite employees as this store. If I were closer I would check it out more often. The longer the item is at the outlet, the bigger the savings and Mark downs happen once a week. All in all I think if you are in the area it is a good place to stop in. You just might get lucky and find your dream furniture at a deep discount!

I never leave reviews, but I’m hoping this will either help a customer or Crate and Barrel will fix their problem. Went to pickup my furniture, they were rude on the phone but I just let it go. They put the 3 boxes in the bed of my truck, walked up to my window and said “you’ll have to figure something out or use a strap cause the tailgate won’t closed” and walked off. I didn’t even know what to say, I tried calling him back over to atleast get some help and he ignored me and walked back in the warehouse. So, in the rain by myself with my two year old in the truck, I figured out how to make the boxes work. I’m still STUNNED at how AWFUL their customer service was. The lazy, incompetent man needs guidance on how to properly do his job.If you go to pickup furniture - bring some help and some moving straps.

This is a compliment @ level 5 for the actual store and for my favorite saleslady, MARY. I bought a sheet set and separately a set of pillowcases, a few days ago. I had looked at these sheets in the C&B retail stores; they were too expensive to me, so I was thrilled they were here at the outlet store for a much more reasonable price; but, when I got them home, they looked horrible with my comforter, so I decided to return them today. To my initial surprise, I was told by Jackie, working the register, that these items could not be returned, they were marked as final sale. FYI, I am aware that final sale items are NOT returnable, I expected no special treatment, I just did not realize their status at the time they were purchased. Jackie was very kind and said she would see if anything could be done to resolve this while I walked around the store. I am an avid shopper at this location; I have been a frequent customer for over 15 years; I live very close. Jackie approached me in about 5 minutes to say she talked to the manager and he agreed to refund my purchase; "HOWEVER, IN THE FUTURE, I NEEDED TO BE AWARE OF FINAL SALE STATIS" ..... this is when I stopped her and explained I would just keep this purchase at the risk of feeling browbeaten. She was kind, we dropped the subject. When I was preparing to leave, the manager stopped me and asked if I was ready for my refund, saying that C&B wanted to keep my business (they always will); I explained I did not want a refund, that it was my error; it was not his, or Jackie's and certainly not Mary's fault and that I did not want to have a conversation about mistakes made by his employees. I felt I was about to receive another browbeaten conversation that I did not want because this issue was my mistake. This C&B Outlet is a fantastic store, everyone should shop here and they will find fantastic sales and bargains and they will always be treated well with fantastic people like Mary working there. Mary is so intelligent, so kind, so professional and so very much entertaining! I understand the rules, I don't need them explained again, I kept my purchase because I made an error, not the employees (sorry for the repetition). Sometimes it is very easy to give a customer a refund along with a "statement" that could be easily be related as "browbeating". I'll see you all again, very soon with a big smile hoping to find my next "favorite" item to purchase!

It was okay, I actually left without buying anything, which is unusual. Maybe they are low inventory to get ready for Holiday items??? Also I did not understand the price labeling on the furniture...A nice customer explained it. there is one price and then a day of the week marked (I thought that meant it was SOLD and being picked on on that day) - But it means next markdown on that item will happen on the weekday marked.
