We visited this location on Friday AM and it was not too busy. Outstanding customer service by Mikie Mark!!! He helped us find a dresser and sectional sofas which were in great condition and really good price! He even went above and beyond to help us coordinate with third party to deliver our items. Very helpful and professional. The lady (we forgot to ask her name) who helped us with our checkout was so nice and helpful too. Great shopping experience, great quality products with great deals!

The staff here is amazing. Tan helped me find what I needed in less than ten minutes. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but he was super helpful and patient. I'll definitely be going back!

The store manager El is FANTASTIC!!! My hubs and I went in looking for a set of chairs for our dining room table and we got a great deal. I've been coming to this store for years. Great service and products.

We are a newly married couple, we decided to buy from this company since they saw designs that we liked, but it is not a reliable company, we paid two months ago for our furniture and they told us that they would arrive in mid-November, they did not arrive and when we called we They said that an item was not available and that they could not do anything other than return the money, so we decided to cancel the entire order, because even if we wanted to receive the rest of the furniture, they would deliver it to us until the end of December, thanks to this terrible company. We were left without furniture on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Last month I had the opportunity to purchase an awesome dresser from this location. When I tell you, Tyrris, Thomas and El are awesome! We were locked in on this one dresser and El and Thomas made it possible for us. I cannot thank them enough for their customer service and making us happy customers. I added on the Terra Natural Board to my couch order because it was in stock and could be delivered at the same time as my couch, without an extra delivery fee. On the day of my couch delivery (that was delayed a month from my initial expected delivery), I was sent an email that my delivery was incomplete, the side board wouldn't be delivered, and I needed to call to find out what was going on. I called customer service and was told that my side board was damaged at the warehouse, but they had another one in stock and could deliver it in a couple of days. So, I rearranged my schedule to be available for a second delivery. At the time of my second scheduled delivery, I received an email saying "Your delivery is incomplete" and I had to call..again..to find out what was going on. This time, they said the side board did not arrive to the warehouse in time for my delivery (how was a delivery scheduled for an item that was not there? Fix your system). The delivery was rescheduled for a week later, and for a third time, I rearranged my busy schedule to be available for the delivery. Can you guess what happened this time? If you guessed that I received an email at the very time my delivery was scheduled telling me to call customer service to find out why my item couldn't be delivered..AGAIN.. you'd be correct. This time they told me that the item arrived damaged, and it was now out of stock and wouldn't be available until the end of July (original delivery date was the beginning of May). Much to my surprise, a couple of weeks later, I received an email saying a customer service representative had been watching my order, and it was now in stock and ready to be delivered. So, for a 4th time, I rearranged my schedule to be available during the 2 hour delivery window. On the day of the 4th scheduled delivery, at the scheduled delivery time, I received a phone call informing me that the item arrived damaged to the warehouse and they were unable to deliver it, and, just in case being blown off four times is not enough, it is now out of stock until August. I have so many issues with the way Crate and Barrel has handled all of this. #1. Why do you make customers call and wait on hold for your mistakes when an item is not going to be delivered? Time is our most valuable resource, and people have already carved out time for deliveries. All 3 of these phone calls took at least 45 minutes of my time for me to explain the situation, and wind up with any sort of resolution. The least you could do in these situations would be to call the customer yourself instead of making them wait on hold. #2. On all FOUR occasions, I was not informed that my item would not be delivered until the exact time of my scheduled delivery. If the items truly arrived damaged, you would have known that long before my scheduled delivery time. I'm a busy woman with a busy life and my time is valuable. I have now set aside 8 hours of my life to be available for deliveries with nothing to show for it. #3. When I have asked the customer service agents how I will be reimbursed for my time and this repeated inconvenience, they tell me that it is their policy to wait until the item is delivered before offering reimbursement. IF I receive my order in August, which I'm not holding my breath for, Crate and Barrel will have had a few thousand dollars of my money for over three months that I could have used elsewhere to either actually get the item I ordered to complete my home, or invest. I did not intend to give Crate and Barrel a free loan with my money. I am so disappointed with Crate and Barrel. This is the kind of thing I would expect from Walmart, not from a high end furniture store. Do better, Crate and Barrel. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't give 0.
