I went to Crate and Barrell on yesterday to get my friend’s gifts for her bridal shower and Robert B. was very helpful. This was my first time at a Crate and Barrel store, so I was unsure of where things would be and this location is huge. Robert greeted me and offered to print the registry list to make it easier to select the items I needed. I already knew what I wanted to purchase so he went to locate each of the items that were in store. We were able to order one of the items to have it delivered to my friend’s home at a later time. He was attentive and very detailed when entering all my information and provided quality service. He even offered to help me carry the items out, though I did not need that assistance. I signed up as a first-time user and was able to apply at 10% discount to my purchase. The store was neat and there was plenty of staff working so that each could be attentive to the needs of customers that presented. I was very pleased with the service that I received and the prices. I will definitely come back to this location to shop again.

I don’t know who’s in charge of their training department or how they do it but every soul I talk to in this place is so kind and happy. The store is always clean which is a huge plus.

I have to admit that they do have more issues with their furnitures/ product than before and it is really frustrating to call and arrange a replacement for large items sometimes, but they ALWAYS make things right, really appreciate that despite nowadays there’s not many business are willing to do so.

The ladies in there really took care of me. I ordered a set of martini glasses online for store pick up. At the store I found a different set I liked better and even the order was not ready they help me pick out the glasses I wanted and refunded me the order I didn’t want.

Lots of nice furniture, if you can afford it. It's quite expensive. I didn't like the color scheme of the furniture. It's all bland, beige and white everything. But I guess that's just the Modern style unfortunately.

Never use the design service at Dallas store. They are horrible..."Fallon Benzenhoefer" was our designer who promised to deliver our furniture on time but after we placed the order ( more than 10 months before our expected delivery), she completely ghosted us and ignored all of our followup emails regarding the delivery and we ended up living in a new house without any furniture for over a month.She just took the sales commission and did not fulfill her obligation to monitor delivery that she promised.Later on, the store manager told us they will no longer service us because we used abusive language (complete lie) in the followup emails that she completely ignored.We spent $30k with them and it is unbelievable and that this is how we are treated by this store.

Excellent customer service. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I was greeted by just about everyone I walked by and I very much appreciate that and am willing to spend more in the store when the customer service is great.

t: Extremely Disappointed with Crate & Barrel's ServiceI am beyond disappointed with the experience I've had with Crate & Barrel. I ordered a bed in July 2023, with an expected delivery date in September. However, it was not delivered until October 9th, causing a significant delay in receiving my purchase.To make matters worse, I paid for the assembly service, which turned out to be a complete disaster. The assembly team left a mess in my bedroom, and they didn't even have all the necessary pieces to complete the job. It's inexcusable that a company of Crate & Barrel's reputation couldn't ensure that their assembly team had the right equipment and all the required parts for a product they sell.What's even more frustrating is that, despite multiple calls and attempts to contact their customer service, it has been a week, and there has been no response or resolution to the missing pieces and the mess left in my bedroom. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the significant amount of money I spent on the bed and the assembly service.I had high expectations from Crate & Barrel, but this experience has been a complete letdown. I hope my feedback can prompt the necessary improvements in your services to prevent others from going through such a frustrating ordeal.

Don’t expect your furniture to arrive even if they say it’s in stock. Also don’t expect your furniture to arrive on any specified ETA - as it’s likely you won’t be reviewing it then either.

Avoid the older(mid 80s) white woman at the checkout counter. I went in today, 7/25 approximately 1:16 pm, she saw me patiently waiting in line & decided to service someone else. Then…chimed in on me & Miguel’s conversation about citrus squeezers. If you see someone waiting for help, HELP THEM!! YOU WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. You’d think if you’re spending $200 on bath towels, you’d get decent service. Thanks to Miguel for helping me. UPDATE: returned everything I purchased, no longer shopping where I’m not welcomed. Why does their customer service keep leaving comments? What questions would I possibly have?

Did order pick up here for the first time today on 8/7/2023 at 6:00 pm. The employee that brought my items to me was quick, friendly, and greeted me with a sweet smile. Thank you for the great customer service!
