We received nothing but helpful assistance from the staff at Credit Associates. Our questions were always answered and we were able to pay off our debt earlier than originally scheduled. We are now debt FREE !

I haven't seen anything yet but my money coming from my account. Did you all actually contact my creditors on my behalf?. I called you all and asked for a list of creditors that's on my account and was told they would have to mail it to me within 4 days. This was probably in August 1023. I have not received ot yet. I'm considering g canceling if I don't hear something soon.

As the Discover lawsuit has given me so much stress and I had this credit card enrolled in my CreditAssociates program before I got sued I have no choice but to lower my rating. I was reassured they were calling my buff when Discover threatened to sue me. Well guess what I got sued and my savings with the program weren’t that great either. I’m devastated that everyone that searches me online will know I’m sued and CreditAssociattes did nothing to prevent it. Their only solution didn’t work for me so I took Discover out of the program. Please find another way out of your debt as their fees are enormous and they will not stop you from getting sued. Nothing they say will make any of what they did to me right. Gurstel is charging me interest in my balance everyday and CreditAssociates did nothing to prevent this. I have sleepiness nights because of my situation which CreditAssociates promised to help. I’m sure they sleep well at night though.

Credit Associates did what they promised, they negotiated with my creditors, got my debt reduced, and they got me out of my debts in two years and I saved hundreds of dollars. Thank you Credit Associates, I am very pleased with your services and would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family.

They always keep me updated and now I have finished the program and even got some refunds. I was just a little confused about the settlement amount and other charges that they add up to it. Anyway, at the end of the day I am now free of that big financial obligations 3 years ago. Had I not enrolled in their program I am still in debt with huge interests from various credit card companies up to this day. Thank you Credit Associates.

Our experience with Credit Associates has been devastating to our credit reports, our day to day lives with relentless phone calls and emails, and now my husband has been served with a Summons (Citation Judicial), regarding an acct that we placed with Credit Associates. My husband and I are NOT financial experts, so we asked multiple questions, over multiple calls...to ensure we had an understanding of the program. We were indeed told that our monthly payments would go into a savings, as settlements were agreed upon, but it was at no point explained to us...in plain English, that if there was not sufficient money in said savings, that we would not be able to settle accts. We are now being asked to add funds, in order to settle accts. Let me be perfectly blunt...if we had the additional funds to put into a savings, we would NOT need a credit consolidation company to "assist" us with our debt. We stand to lose our home if this path continues for us!!! I would NOT consider a company that is not 100% forthcoming, even when you are asking multiple questions, to understand what "help" you are agreeing to.
