Moving into the crest at Illinois was the best decision we could ever make. The process was really smooth and Emily at the leasing office was super helpful, she answered all of the questions that I had. The place itself is super quiet at night and the neighbors are friendly. 1000% would recommend .

The move in process was all online so this was very convenient. Emily the leasing agent responds back fast. Currently Only one gate opens to use as entrance. The unit has new carpets and freshly painted. I have had to put in a couple orders for maintenance to fix. I haven’t fully moved in but I’ll see how my journey here goes.

We moved in last week and so far we love it here, the community is friendly and the maintenance is is great! The staff at the leasing office has been so helpful.

If I could do a zero star I would this complex thinks they are located in a rich neighborhood when there in oakcliff I came to visit a friend it’s been a couple times already and the gate code doesn’t work so u have to wait until someone opens the gate and then when u do people are petty and don’t open the gate I understand but I mean don’t u have family friends that come visit you would u like them to be treated that way they literally won’t open the gate and then when a car comes out and the gate opens they want to open the gate humble yourself your in OAK CLIFFF and the office people too nasty ass attitude HOPE THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE HUMBLE THEY SELF because it’s gross

I just moved into these apartments and I love them! They're very quiet, and the service at the office is excellent from start to finish. They were very attentive. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Nancy is the best manager. She is very helpful and ver understanding. She always has an answer for everything. I been living in this property for 4 months. Property is very clean and that talks a lot.
