I did a port in for 1 phone and the $60 plan and when I was asked to pay my total was going to be $113. So I asked to look at the charges and the guy was going to charge for a freaking $20 case without asking me and telling me he had added a case. WTF. If I hadn't ask to look at the charges they would have robbed me.... Never doing business here.

Every time I have an issue with a bill not being correct, I'm told it will be credited to my account, when I ask why I don't see it there I'm told it will happen at the next billing cycle. That way I leave the store, and don't come back and complain for another month. This started with the initial purchase (price was too high by $75, was told it would be credited). Then the monthly bill, (susposed to get a $5 credit for signing up for auto pay... It doesn't show up). Another tactic is for the manager to tell you he'll talk to the regional manager and call you, and of course won't. Don't leave without the right price on your reciepts and monthly bill. You aren't getting a credit next cycle. Buy online, it's cheaper, and that way if something is wrong with the price, no one is there promising it will be credited on your bill.

The location is perfect for me because I live almost right across the street! Minimal parking, but don't expect the place to be very busy. The employees are friendly and patient and have no problem explaining things. Overall a good place to get help with my phone.
