Jerika helped me when I came in a few weeks ago to switch from google. She was friendly professional and the other girl who was working was also very nice. They were both patient and I didn’t feel rushed. I wanted the ACP applied but the system was down and that is no fault to the Cricket employees. Highly recommend their services.

I had had some problems with my phone when I first switched over to cricket, but turns out it was an Apple problem. Pedro and Carlos switched all my info over to my old phone had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes and has us on our way with our phones working properly again. They were funny and made time go by super quick. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Very bad service, the boy did not want to validate a promotion for me. I went on October 3, 2021 to ask about a message that I received on my cell phone that you could change your device for a more recent one and he told me that it did not apply to me, he said that it was probably It was for another state, my mother, who is the account holder, asked in San Antonio and there if the promotion was valid. I live in Dallas and I think that Dallas and San Antonio are from the same state.
Very bad service, the guy wanted to give it to me at the regular price, I think he wanted to keep the difference.
Because my mother in San Antonio only paid what the promotion said.
