Purchased a phone a month ago , the account got “hacked” line was suspended had pay for reactivation. Now I had to call customer service where they don’t answer for the last two days if not I have to pay $50 additional to removed the lines that were added when the account got “hacked” what a joke why would they make me call and not just fix it at the store take your business somewhere else
