Was greeted and helped out with all my questions by Marcos. He is very informed and and patient. He helped me out understanding everything. Didn’t get a plan today but I will come back soon and I will 100% ask for Marcos!

The dumbest employee working here named Marcus connected me. Sim card nothing works for 2 hours. He doesn’t know anything and couldn’t return my money. I don’t recommend it.

The customer service was awesome, Mya did a wonderful job helping my boyfriend and I with our new phones. She explained everything clearly and had us transferring everything from our old phones to our new ones in minutes! I will definitely come back here if I need anything in the future.

The young lady that helped my family and I was very sweet and patient with us. She explained all the plans and prices from start to finish and answered all of our questions. Terrible customer service. Rico sounds stoned, unsatisfied with his job and his entire life. Extremely unhelpful. Did not provide his manager's information and hung up on me after I asked. Called customer service and they were also unable to provide the manager's information. Fire Rico ?
