Thanks to Mellissa (manager) and Cytlali for having excellent customer service and taking matters into their own hands when the Camp Wisdom Village location couldn’t be any help. Right away help us in less than 5 minutes and apologized for someone else’s mistakes /rudeness. They should be getting paid for both locations since many customers followed behind since Gernisha was not assisting with customers. Keep up the good job guys they should train the employees over in Camp Wisdom village located in Duncanville.

Worst service I ever had. If I didn't have WIFI in my home I would have never been able to use my phone. Even while at home i still was experiencing dropped calls, fading out calls, you name it i experienced it with cricket. Which was an IPHONE 11 worst phone I ever wasted my money on.

I would recommend not coming here. I went to buy a phone for my grandma and told the employee Linda that i wanted the $55 Plan and no extra features. Ms Linda gives me different prices, i agreed to one of them. She mentioned it was just going to be the phone price, first month service bill and activation fee. Once she finished activating the phone, i asked for a receipt because she hadn’t gave me one until i asked for it. Once i got my receipt i looked at it and i was charged 2 accessories which i did not get, she had put me on the $60 plan and added the cricket insurance . They do anything for a simple commission. Don’t waste your money here .

Bad experience been with them for almost a year with insurance in they won’t replace my phone they said they don’t handle the insurance aursion does aursion told me they could replace my phone free of charge as did apple care from cricket insurance my sound has officially went out on my iPhone 6splus in they can’t help me if I can give them o stars I would because I literally spent 6 hours running around 3 companies to replace my phone so aggravating worst phone service in history won’t be coming back
