Marisol was great! They were having technology issues...however, Marisol went out and beyond to help us. We had gone to another location but they were unable to serve us in the way we needed - Marisol ensured that our account was safe and treated us with a smile throughout the long process.
Marisol and the workers at Cricket were welcoming and really cared to help us. Thank y'all!

The workers here are so welcoming, specifically Alvaro C. He helped us and was so friendly. He did his job efficiently and made it seem easy. Everything was explained clearly and nicely thanks to him. I recommend going here.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Cricket Wireless on Master. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through a wide array of phone options. The customer service was top-notch, and I appreciated the patience they showed in answering all my questions. The store had a great selection, making it easy for me to find the perfect phone. Overall, a positive and seamless shopping experience. Highly recommend!

The guy who helped me almost scolded me instead of asking, he was distracted and it even seemed like he was bothered by working on my application... It was very stressful... it's not the first time I've gone to this location and they are always in a bad mood.

I always stop by cricket wireless on lake June and masters and talk to Eddy about the latest phones in which they are plugged in with promotional deals! Alexis is also a great associate and very precise knowing the latest gear and technology thanks cricket

Went the other day to pay a bill , and ask a few questions that I was curious about my plan. And this Cricket store was honestly very helpful and informative. Shout out to the worker Berenice , she was able to explain everything to me in simple terms and I truly appreciate that from her. She was life saver!!!!!!
