I worked out here for around 5 months before I moved to the other side of DFW and I really miss the amazing experience of working out at this gym and the community it has. Tell coach Griffin and coach Reyna what you’re goals are and they will invest themselves into you achieving them. I had no idea how good I had it over here and I really miss come into the gym every day.

The Vibe: ELECTRIC! This CrossFit location is unlike any other that i have stepped foot in. No really! hands down Griff and Rayna (the owners) are absolute Gold. They embody the perfect blend of Professionalism, Grit, Motivation, with just a sprinkle of a Trap music. I did not feel intimidated at all walking in the first day with only a pink dumbbell beginners fitness level. I was reassured throughout a thorough consultation that i would successfully reach my fitness goals. A few more +'s the gym is always Clean and there are wipes.

I didn't know how far I could push my body until I tried CrossFit. This is my second month and I love this gym and the coaches! You can tell they're both passionate about what they do. I am definitely a happy client and I'm already seeing results.

If you want to get into great shape, this is the place to do it. This is the best I've felt in a long time. Not only do you get an awesome workout from great Coaches, there's a great community aspect to working out here as well. It's full of friendly, regular people that come and get whipped into shape with you. I highly recommend CrossFit Aesthetics, it's great for all levels of fitness.

I've done Crossfit on and off for about 6 years now. I joined this box a few months back and it was a great decision. They have a close knit group of people that are warm and welcoming. There is a wide range of skill levels and Griff and Rayna do a great job accommodating, critiquing, and perfecting each person's movements and pushing you to be your best. I've been to boxes that I love to go to because of the people, even though the workouts were lacking and I've been to boxes where the people sucked, but the work outs were intense, but this is the best of both worlds because the community is great, the owners are a young, easy going couple, and the work outs are intense. I would highly recommend this place to any one curious about starting crossfit or any experienced crossfitter looking for a new box.

Griffin and Rayna are absolutely the best and extremely professional.Their Crossfit gym is clean and welcoming. I have trained with Griffin for two weeks now and the results are astonishing!!!
