This place is fantastic. All the coaches are knowledgeable and are great at pushing you to do your best. The culture of this place is positive and supportive of one another. I've been going for a few months and have seen significant results. Highly recommend!

I joined BPR earlier this year after having been a client of CrossFit Dallas Central (BPRs original gym) nearly 15 years ago. I had been a member of Equinox pre Covid. Post Covid wanted a real community and a dedicated coach. So far my metrics (strength, bmi, % body fat) are all improving in meaningful ways. Shout out to the whole coaching staff and especially Coach Finn.

Everyone at BPR is very welcoming and helpful! All the coaches really accommodate any specific restrictions, needs or modifications I may require. I’ve been going for a few months and can really see results. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking to improve fitness, meet new people, and learn how to level up; BPR is the place. I feel really fortunate to be part of this community. The BPR coaching staff will make you feel welcomed and fired up. Everyone is ready to help you hit goals and your assigned coach is consistently helping you map out a plan to get there. The facilities have everything you need and none of the BS you don’t. Awesome place.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I can't overstate what a GAME-CHANGER it has been to join BPR. As someone with a herniated disc, I have been floored by how thoughtfully their personalized approach (shoutout Marcela Bruce) has helped me simultaneously rehab and build foundational strength, pushing me without risk of injury. The coaches could not be more insightful, thoughtful and encouraging, creating an environment where all feel welcome no matter where we are on our wellness journey. And the classes + community of people are terrific. Joining has been one of the best decisions I've made recently (shout out Elissa Monaco) and BPR has become an indispensable part of my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Coaches care about YOU. I have been with CFDC for three years now. I had a medical condition that kept me away temporarily . And when I came back I was welcomed with open arms aka My Coach Brit and Coach Chad literally ran towards me as I entered the building for a hug, and Spencer ( the amazing owner and Coach) yelled “ Kendall! Welcome back! We missed you!” Honestly, I can say not many gyms care about their people like CFDC does. Plus the workouts are solid, fun, and the atmosphere is amazing! 10 out of 10 I recommend this box!

Shout out to Coach Chance and the BPR Team for helping me reach my goals in 2022!Chance helped me come up with a plan to tackle 2 Ironman 70.3. The plan was a mix of strength training and triathlon workouts. I built muscle, reduced fat, became faster, stronger, and became healthier mentally.Highly recommend BPR’s programming and working with Chance.

Loved loved loved my time here! Very sad that we had to move otherwise we would have loved to stay. The facility is beautiful and always clean. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and the best coaches out there. I was able to lose 10lbs and change my body composition while truly enjoying my time in the gym. Highly recommend if you’re looking to join the best gym in Dallas!

CFDC is awesome! The coaches are great- so friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. The programming is very well thought out and explained clearly. I’m happy to have such a great gym in the area.

I joined CFDC about 6 months ago and could not be happier with my decision. I have been on a long fitness journey and jumping into CFDC has been nothing but great. From the coaches to the owner, everyone is very involved and helpful! This is my 3rd CrossFit gym in the DFW area and the best out here, CFDC is were I will be staying. The programming, people, environment, and facility are all super inviting and top tier.

This place is great if you are looking to join a class-oriented gym with a fantastic community of people. The coaches know what they are doing and do a great job with the programming. They genuinely make it a point to get to know every member and even tailor your workout to meet your individual needs (injury history, level of fitness, etc.). The gym has great equipment and is spacious/clean - by no means do you feel like you are working out in a garage packed shoulder to shoulder. 10/10 recommend.

I started to go to Cfdc because I wanted & needed something different and challenging. I’d never done CrossFit before and so I was definitely a little nervous about it. But let me tell you, everyone here is absolutely amazing. All the people and coaches! They gave me a coach specifically assigned to Me to help with whatever goals I had which also helped keeping me accountable! If you’re a first timer or seasoned cross fitter, this place is for you!!!!! Highly highly recommend
