Shady business practice! Don’t have their prices upfront on their website neither they tell! Contacted them as I moved in the area and looking for a CrossFit gym which I have been doing for last 6 years across different states. They replied back to hold a session with me about my “goals”.Told them I have been doing this for years and asked about pricing which they never replied to. lolWent to the gym to check out the location and vibe and was told to come back later(which was expected per other reviews) because 3 people were “stretching/warming up” and need attention.Asked about pricing again and he didn’t answer.I wonder if they want only new to CrossFit people and question their credibility.Personally I don’t agree with their business model of “secrecy” and others time is as valuable as theirs! So, my business went to other cool CrossFit with more class options and upfront pricing where I was welcomed as a new member, with no gimmicks of prerequisite in person talk about goals and personal needs!CrossFit hq needs to look into this!

I've done crossfit for about 8 years now at various gyms across the country and traditionally had a wonderful time. This gym though wants to do some kind of special nonsense and refused to admit me to a normal class even after I offered to pay for the month up front. They wanted to meet with me and have some kind of heart to heart about my goals, which sounds nice but felt like just an attempt to upcharge me for various services.Just wanted to show up to a normal class once a day and move along. I'll never understand why some places feel a need to make a simple transaction into some kind of attempted special life altering experience. Clearly this gym has gotten high on their own supply.

I’m very new to the CrossFit community. I joined this gym after trying planet fitness, orange theory and a few other workout gyms. Luna offers a great community with great support structures to strengthen your body at your own pace. The class sizes are very manageable so everyone can get the attention they need. I would definitely recommend this gym for people looking to get toned or simple get into shape!

I've been a dedicated member at CrossFit Luna for three years now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. It's a rare thing to find a gym that combines a genuinely welcoming environment with quality coaching and an emphasis on functional fitness. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that CrossFit Luna was a place where people of all fitness levels could thrive. It's not an overstatement to say you can walk in with zero experience and be met with open arms. No matter your fitness background, this is a space where you'll feel at home.Safety is a cornerstone of their philosophy, and it shows. The coaches take form and technique very seriously, making sure that everyone is exercising correctly and safely. This isn't a gym where you're left to your own devices; the coaching staff is always available to help, offering advice and guidance whenever you need it. They're some of the friendliest people I've met, and their passion for what they do is evident. One of the features I appreciate the most about CrossFit Luna is the small group classes. They foster a tight-knit community atmosphere, encouraging interaction and mutual support. It's far from the anonymous environment you often find in larger gyms.Another standout aspect of CrossFit Luna is their approach to fitness. They focus on functional fitness, a holistic perspective that has you lifting, pulling, and pushing, replicating movements that you do in your daily life. Their motto says it all: "We want you lifting at 90 years old." They genuinely care about their members' long-term health and mobility, and it's this ethos that sets them apart. After three years, I can confidently say that CrossFit Luna continues to care about each and every one of its members. They're always seeking to improve, to offer more, and to ensure we all meet our fitness goals. It's a gym like no other, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. If you're considering joining a gym, give CrossFit Luna a try. Your future self will thank you!

Don’t come here if you are looking to do a drop in. They don’t allow drop ins at all here… I’m an avid Crossfitter and showed up ready to workout, and they turned me away. Offered to pay for a full month and she still turned me down. Poor business practice. Don’t come

A GREAT place to get your body into shape regardless of where your fitness level is at. I originally intended to go 2-3 times a week when I first started, now I go 5-6 times. The coaches are awesome and the members push you to be better! Which is why I increased the number of sessions I do weekly. Whether you are looking to try something new or looking to elevate your workouts, give CrossFit and this gym a try!

I was more than nervous about joining a crossfit gym. I had a million doubts. What if I'm too out of shape, (im overweight) what if im too old (i'm 40) what if I'm not physically strong enough (I can barely lift the bar), what if I can't commit (ive quit every gym) how will I afford this?, what if this, what if that...the same doubts kept circling aroung and then I said enough is enough I'm doing this.I called Crossfit Luna and got connected wirh Dhenmark and we talked about my thoughts and concerns. After speaking some more I locked a date down and simply showed up.The first day I walked into class I was extremely nervous, I won't lie, I was terrified. But then Coach Hailey met me at the door and Introduced herself. After that all my worries melted away. She started at the very basics and showed me proper form, a detailed brief intro of each excercise and above all she showed me that I can do more than I think I can do.I'm about to start my 6th session and though I have a long way to go, the important part is that I'm getting started. That's my journey so far, now go start yours :)

Great place if you are already a cross fitter , newbie or a pro athlete. Not your typical sweat shop gyms where you come do your stuff and get hurt . All members create an atmosphere of inclusiveness.Coaching standard is top class and focused heavily on having correct technique and posture. Coach Dhenmark pays special attention if you carry an injury or are prone to getting one and makes sure you get an amazing workout and not get hurt. Definitely makes you feel at home .This is critical for me personally .CrossFit is a great way of increasing mobility and muscle strength , lose weight if that’s your goal and increase fitness as you get older.

Whether you are new to crossfit or a pro athlete this is a great place to be at. Coaches are great and the focus is on technique, posture and prevention of injury. Newbie or pro you are sure to get the calories burnt by the end of a workout.. best features for me personally are the warm up and the cool downs!! Don't look further just walk in though that door!

Who should sign up for CrossFit Luna: EVERYONE (Moms, Dads, athletes, workaholics, people with zero CrossFit experience, all body types, sizes, etc.)I am new to CrossFit but I have an extensive sports background. After being away from the gym due to having my son, plus the pandemic, it was hard to get started and stay consistent. With all of life's new responsibilities, finding "me" time and the right amount of strength or cardio training with limited time seemed impossible. My lack of consistency trying to workout on my own left me feeling down. Every time I didn't show up for myself when I said I would work out, I judged myself harshly and that is not a good feeling. I was not meeting any of the fitness goals and needed a change.I reached out and immediately heard back from CrossFit Luna. We scheduled a meeting at the gym. The discussion with Dhenmark left me assured that I was making the right decision. After I signed up, we scheduled a general movement test and he demonstrated the various movements I would encounter during the classes. I started at the beginning of November and I am happy and proud to say I completed 12 session this month, which was the commitment I made to myself(That's an average of 3x a week). I feel and look better already!CrossFit Luna is inclusive, SAFE, supportive, clean and results-driven. The coaches are knowledgeable and take their time to clarify various CrossFit terms, workouts and proper lifting form. You get the workouts ahead of time and you can mentally prep and get excited for thee week. You won't regret signing up. You'll gain major confidence working out with some pretty awesome athletes (Once you start, you're an athlete!) that will cheer you on. CrossFit Luna has group class options for everyone, starting at 5:30am - 7:30pm.Just do it! Choose yourself. CrossFit Luna is where you go to tap into the part of you that has nothing to do with you being a parent, spouse, or co-worker. It's all you and you'll surprise yourself in an awesome way. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk. :)

CrossFit Luna is an amazing gym (more than a gym really). They have a lot to offer and from nearly a year with them, I can only say positive things about the gym. The coaches are friendly and knowledgable! They will push you to your best, fittest and strongest self but they always encourage you to achieve this at your own pace - but believe it or not you will make great progress in no time as long as you come in regularly. The workouts are planned so well that you have a good mix of exercises that make you develop all parts of your body and improve your overall fitness and agility. Something else that needs to be mentioned is that you will meet amazing people at CrossFit Luna. You may be surprised to see the same faces if you stick to a specific time of day but that is how you become close to the people and it's always better to workout with friends.
