This place is so poorly run. I have found urine soaked mattresses laid on the door of my storage. All of the moving carts have all been stolen by people in the area. There’s constantly people trying to live on the premises. The management is unhelpful and absent most of the time. Having them do the smallest of tasks is impossible. As soon as I am able to get my things out of this SmartCube storage, it will be my last time using this company due to their terrible customer service.

I just had the absolute BEST experience today. I literally just left the most horrific experience at another storage facility that was contactless. Shevonna (I know I got her name wrong) was the best! So knowledgeable and pleasant. There were 2 other ladies there as well and they settled my fears and I am so glad I chose them. Definitely 5 star rating worthy

Jammie was great to work with. She went above and beyond, getting me set up with my storage. From what I understand, they had a lot of issues with the homeless and security, but new management has taken over and cleaned the place up!
Perfect timing for me, explains the great rate I received...have 2 different types of locks on my unit don't expect any issues, I have confidence in Star and her team.

Shavon was extremely helpful in troubleshooting a problem that I have had for over a year! She took the time to review my information and solve the problems. She & Star were extremely kind and polite. It was a pleasure working with both.

Went into cubesmart to get a locker and will say this was one of the best experiences I have had with customer service in a while. Shavon was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and funny. Truly such a thoughtful and knowledgeable person. Truly this girl deserves a raise - and I don’t say that in my reviews ever. 12/10!!!

Pros:
- clean
- well-lit
- app and billing systems work well
- employees have been friendly and helpful
- pricing is competitive
Cons:
- evidence of people residing in the facility
- evidence of attacks on locks on unit
- facility systems are unreliable - electronic locks and elevators have both been out in the 1 month I've been renting
- theft of carts appears to be endemic despite employee efforts and replacement

Do not move your things in the storage if you want to have or maintain your property the manager there allows tenants to live in the storage unit as a home she argued with an employee in my face during the initially signing up for the storage unit moved me into a storage unit that smelled like urine And also had homeless people belongings left over. Do not place any of your things in the storage unit I repeat do not move your things into the storage unit

Without writing a novel, I will speak only of the one employee (William @ Maple location) who worked very hard to make my situation a bit easier in all aspects. I needed to move units and he accommodated through each and every speed bump along the way. Things weren’t perfect, but all I can really ask for was effort and William definitely delivered.
