Leah has been amazing very communicative. We ended up needing a larger unit and she was able to assist quickly. Much cleaner than a lot of storage locations in the area. Great experience.

Leah was the BEST!! I haven’t been to my unit in 3 years. Not only was she understanding but entertaining as well liked over my old unit and pushed for a bigger cheaper one. 10/10 would recommend!!

Rented about 500 sq ft of space at Advantage on Harry Hines and found the service to be excellent. Clean, easy access, good service , responsive, professional, good pricing - just an excellent choice for short term storage. Appreciate Leah's attention to detail and customer care!!

Stopped by Advantage Storage recently while checking out storage options, and I was really impressed. A woman named Leah was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The place looked really clean and secure, and you can tell it’s well taken care of.
I haven’t rented a unit yet, but based on the customer service and how organized everything looked, this place is definitely at the top of my list.

I contacted this location and had the good fortune spoke to Leah. She’s a gem.Her passion and care shown through on the phone. She was quite knowledgeable, honest, and gave me very good information. When I came to see her today to rent a storage unit, she totally prepared and had all my paperwork ready. It couldn’t have been easier or quicker. Her customer service skills were exemplary-in the upper tier level ( and I’m very particular about customer service since I’m in the customer service business). The special- two months for half-off-was just frosting on the cake. I have a philosophy where I like to go where my money and I are treated the best. She made it that kind of experience. Advantage Storage is lucky to have her. And yes, I would highly recommend them.

Never would one think to use ‘delightful’ and ‘moving’ or ‘storage’ in the same sentence… never until now! Professionalism aside, Leah at the Harry Hines location in Dallas was an absolute delight. Her pleasant generosity of spirit coupled with her calming affect truly do give this place such a different feel than most storage facilities in the DFW Metroplex. What a gift Advantage has in Leah - and you will, too, if you choose to store your belongings there!
