For the past couple of months it seems like maintenance and security issues are occurring and reoccurring and reoccurring more than I recall in the past 10 years at this location. The main gate controlling access to the vehicle storage and loading dock for all inside storage has been standing open, allowing anyone to come and go during daytime and even night time hours. If the gate controller has a problem, i would think that a staff person would at least manually close and lock the gate at 10pm and manually open/unlock at 6am. In the past two weeks, I have been there 5 or 6 times and the gate was open/lot unsecured 4 times.As they have added additional storage floors and added units, they have not added additional carts, leading to several occasions where no carts are available to assist with loading/unloading. I have suggested that they should add new carts when they add new units, but still only 3-4 for the entire facility.This facility has units on the first, second and third floor. Units above the first floor are serviced by one elevator, which has been down on a couple of occasions. The elevator is in the center of the building the stairs are not close or clearly marked, which makes physically loading and unloading to upper floors very labor intensive and time consuming.There facility has 2 restrooms on the first and the second floor (each floor has women’s and men’s), but after a plumbing issue in the past that was repaired, they decide to keep the 2nd floor restrooms locked at all times, but it is used by store management exclusively. Not only is this inconvenient for people with storage on the upper floors, but it means that cleaning, resupply and maintenance issues with the restroom on the first floor often are unaddressed. I assume this is because they do not often see the condition of first floor restrooms. Fences and urine stains on floors and walls are sometimes left for weeks or months before being cleaned. Despite fixtures that provide two huge rolls of toilet paper, both have been empty and no paper supplies available on a few occasions in the past months.Normally, if rent is not paid on time, they physically overlock the unit to prevent access until rent is paid. When rent is paid via the app, phone or online, I assume a notice I is sent to store staff to remove the overlock as this has always been done within hours of payment being made. (If paid after hours, they unlock the next workday morning). I changed credit cards this month and forgot to update auto pay, so my rent was past due and they overlocked my unit, as they should have. But I paid online last Thursday around the tune the office would have been closing. I expected it would have been unlocked Friday morning or at least during the day on Friday. When I went on Sunday, the unit was still overlocked, preventing my access and requiring me to return Monday morning and ask a staff person to remove the overlock. Maybe it was good that the unit wasn’t accessible, since free gate was standing wide open (see above).For years, any concerns or issues could be emailed to the store manager and they would respond and often work to resolve the problem or communicate if they weren’t able to resolve the issue or it was delayed. I have sent several emails about most of the issues addressed above In the past month and have received no reply, no follow up and many of these issues continue.I have 2 stars because it is a nice facility, with decent security (when the gates and doors are working). It currently needs work and requires upkeep, but it has potential. They seem to have a lot of staff turnover in the past few months. Not sure why, but I’m certain that is one of the main reasons many of these issues are not being addressed.

Robert and Kim did me so GOOD!! They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Their customer service is TOP TIER AND THEY DO NOT MIND GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO INSURE THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION Luv these guys for sure.

My experience at CubeSmart had been amazing. I moved here from another storage facility that was not clean or safe. Stewart has been very welcoming, helpful, and professional. He’s been prompt in responding to my messages- answering all my questions, and making sure I have everything I needed for a smooth move-in. Also, the storage building is super clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted us through the rental procedure. The office is very nice, clean, and has comfortable seating. We ended up getting a climate controlled unit which was really nice. Roll up door was smooth and easy to operate. The huge flatbed carts and elevators made moving from the vehicle to the unit easy. The price was also very good compared to others in the area.
