The staff was very friendly and the price is the best in the area. My check-in process was very smooth and she explained all details to me regarding the rental. The cool thing about this location is the day you start your rental, the monthly rental is due on that date every month!

As a frequent user of storage space, I have found the this location has the best management to date. There was good communication to set the space up, and the rate was discounted in a significant way. The facility is clean and well looked after. Good choice.

was helped by Wanda (new manager) and Iris and was more than pleased with their professionalism and ability to help. i've had a unit here for a while and could tell theres been an improvement in the facility (less trash, lights being replaced, etc). i hope this continues!

Stay far away. There is no security here, the Dallas detectives know the place very well. They cannot prosecute the thieves because CubeSmart will not upgrade their cameras (the ones that work) to have anything to use, and that’s just bare minimum upkeep. All the cameras are always broken or covered up for the thieves to do whatever they want and the store DOES NOT CARE. Multiple thefts all the time and they refuse to fix the gates, cameras, or hire security. Do not use this place. It’s climate controlled that’s about all it has going for it. Worst decision of my life to pay them to get robbed here.

Updated: I emailed as per response the same day and have not been contacted or received a response to my email since. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS THAT YOU ARE STORING HERE, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER STORING ELSEWHERE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Store at your own risk. My unit was broken into and no one notified us. Still have to pay to get a new lock. Extremely disappointed with the facility. Whether it's the local management or the corporate office, we are paying a high rate of "climate control, secure" storage for not having climate or secured storage.

My aunt’s unit was broken into, she was never notified by the staff via text call or email, and they told her she needs to buy a replacement lock. We asked to see the security footage but were told the device that holds all the security footage was missing. We were told the previous manager had some sort of theft ring running, and they were allowing people to sleep in their units. The new management has cleaned it up but the lack of support and customer service my aunt received was not very good so she will be taking her business elsewhere.

I would never rent at a CubeSmart. They have no customer service. My unit is Dallas was broken into without forced entry and everything taken. And still trying to collect rent from my company when told no longer needed and manager confirmed would stop charging. No return phone calls. No reports or pictures given for the theft.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the lady working that day. She was incredibly supportive and took the time to help me go up to my storage unit.
