Ordered a transmission adapter plate for my duramax, got it within a few days unfortunately it was cracked when it arrived called them got in contact with Bobby he was very quick and understanding got another plate packaged and on the truck within an hour with 2 day shipping. Had a early morning delivery so parked outside the gate (on the street) they have a board with the phone number to check in, they make you drop the trailer and the yard truck takes it in because the space inside is very tight to back into the dock.

I ordered a N.O.S. Alternator for my 2004 Crown Victoria LX Sport.
