My daughter hurt her ankle and I needed to buy a boot so she could walk. The service team there was very helpful and a even gave me a discount on the boot. It was $20 less than the next closest medical supply store.

The people who work at this CVI are so so helpful. My husband recently had his hip replacement surgery. I needed bathing supplies, most importantly to give him a shower. The staff showed me several options. I had to be sure it would fit in the shower area. They were so helpful and we chose the perfect bench seat. It has worked out nicely. It's very light material, but rated for 300lbs, and comes apart easily. I'm able to manage it myself. We also purchased a bedside toilet. It ended up that my husband didn't need this, but returns are so easy. We never used it, and I kept the original receipt. The saleswoman helped me out to the car with my purchase in the rain. She had a huge umbrella. She was so supportive and very kind. I highly recommend this business.

We have a client visiting Texas and Rebecca, Jamaal, Julian, and David all showed exemplary service in getting him set up. They were helpful, responsive, and very understanding with our situation. We are located in Canada and could not be there to facilitate any of these arrangements. This was all done remotely! Rebecca kept us informed and up to date and the client has been well taken care of. We are grateful and very appreciative!

Exceptional customer service. I was allowed to put a scooter into my SUV to see if I could do it by myself having been refused by a competitor.The only problem is that they don't bill insurance, including Medicare.

Julian is A multi-task employee while he was on a phone call, he welcome me while his co-worker spoke not a word they just stared. "WOW!" Thank you, Julian for making me feel welcome and at ease when you are dealing with a family member with a broken right trabecular and fracture cortical bone that now have 3 screws implanted.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! My 81 year old father was given his notice that insurance was releasing him from rehab. His bed in his apartment was gone because the insurance had placed an order for a hospital bed for him as he needed it to help him. He had a fall and is learning how to walk again. He is having a hard time with is limbs and even feeding himself. The company that the insurance contracted with Apria.....(terrible company, Apria), told me they didn't have a bed and didn't know when they would. I called CVI, this was 4:45 on Friday afternoon. They had the bed delivered on Saturday. They were so helpful and friendly. But, it didn't stop there. When Apria got the bed, I set it up for delivery and asked CVI to remove the existing bed because we had to pay for this one and the one from Apria was covered by insurance and Apria told us that the existing bed had to be removed because they wouldn't move any furniture, so Rebecca, (amazing lady!), told me that she was happy for us that we got it covered by insurance and they would be happy to pick it up Friday morning, today, so that it would be out in time for Apria to deliver the new one. Well, it got to be 2:00 and no Apria, when I called, they said that they didn't have a bed! I was furious! I called Rebecca at CVI, and she put me on hold for less than 3 min., got back on the phone, and said that they are bringing the bed back so that my dad has a bed for the weekend! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CVI! They are helpful, and they truly care! (And Rebecca is awesome!).

I went there searching for an electric wheelchair for a young woman my church is helping. Rebecca worked with me and found a used one that we could afford. Her kindness to the young woman and to me and her knowledge were incredible. The store is well stocked with new and rental equipment. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

CVI is incredible! Would not go anywhere else for my sweet parents needs during this time. They are always a step ahead of me and truly want to help I'm any way possible and try their best to make it happen. These people at CVI are very helpful and courteous. I took my scooter in to be repaired, and they had it fixed within an hour, and very reasonable on the cost.
