This pharmacy has been extremely helpful with transferring medications from another location and have had my medications ready in a timely manner with friendly over the phone assistance.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! There is a constant flow of new people working there, and there is always something that goes wrong, or was misunderstood which is super frustrating. Some of them have bad attitudes as well, which isn't helpful. In addition- the pharmacist left me without my much needed pain medication when I was going to visit my family in Europe. (I have arthritis and a lot of pain in my hips and legs which makes it hard to walk- I'm having a hip replacement next week). He claimed that the doctor had denied it- which was false!!! I spoke to my doctor and he said that he had NOT denied a refill, and was going to call the pharmacy as I was on my way to the airport. However- they didn't pick up the phone! So I asked the pharmacist to call my doctor- which he never did- then closed the pharmacy for lunch. I had to travel to Europe and spend 2 weeks there in extreme pain. What a horrible experience. Don't go there. There are much, much better pharmacies in Dallas.

If y'all not gonna actually open at 7am.. just say it and change your hours versus wasting the time of us people who stop by here on our way to work and your doors are never open in the 7am hour so annoying and a waste of time.

They're all the same but this is one of the worst. No wonder they're closing stores. Dirty, empty shelves and associates no where to be found. And if they are, they're not friendly.

Was promised my refill by 11 am today. Came a few mins after 11 and they had nothing for me. Then mentioned could get something to me by 11:20 but i could not wait.

Horrible service and the pharmacist are not going to tell you the truth. We picked up a rx and they didn't have the full amount. Now they will not give us the rest of the RXs as they start it's a "refill now" not an actual part of the orginal RX. Currently working on a lawsuit as the medication prevents sezisures. So now I am to stay home for the holidays cause they have lied and stolen 3/4th of a RX probably to sell behind our backs. We have reports the pharmacist for negligence & malpractice. Stay far far from this CVS and company as a whole if they allow their pharmacist to steal RXs from their patients. Be safe go to a pharmacy of reputable practice. Run far far from here.

I wanted to cancel my appointment after I found that they do not provide tests for people without cars, but instead of just canceling it and moving on with the day they chose to argue with me. Very disrespectful staff, I am utterly disappointed.

The pharmacy techs here are rude, inconsiderate, and down right hostile for no reason. They refuse to help and become argumentative with customers for no reason. Avoid this place if you don't feel like getting into a screaming match with someone who shouldn't be working some place where people come when they're sick or feeling ill.

MODIFICATION:The pharmacist was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff still didn't give a damn. --CVS used to be my favorite store but they've become so complacent. If you actually do find an employee wandering around you'll be lucky if they help you check out.Further, don't try to get a booster vaccine during the slow part of the day, or even make an appointment with them directly. You must make it online! How does this work for those who don't have access? We are trying to slow this thing down again, right?I was the only person in the store. They couldn't be bothered. You wanted me to use technology. By the time I'm done you're going to wish you'd just taken a second to protect my life and the loaves of those around me. Numbers are back up in Dallas and you should act like it.

This is a fine place if you know what you want, are in the area and need to pop in get it. They are not friendly per se. It's like no one that is there actually wants to be around people - let alone talk to or help people. I go there very often & use the pharmacy because they are closest to where I live but I'm actually about switching it up so I don't have to feel the negative energy. I called recently to ask about a product in stock (was curious if they carried it so I wouldn't have to go farther) and the person said they didn't - which is fine - but just kinda rude when all I asked was if they carried it and then hung up. Made me feel like I should not have even called to ask.

Don't trust CVS prices! This is the third time this month I've bought things that ring up at a higher price than what the regular retail sticker says on the shelf. I then have to explain at the register that the prices are lower and then they walk back to the aisle with me because they don't believe me and then make me stand in line all over again. This time it was 'It's A 10 Shampoo 2oz', it's also been Tide Detergent and M&Ms. I believe an audit on this store could cost them thousands of dollars. But to me, losing a customer permanently is a bigger loss. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

I went there to buy a few things as I always do. The cashier behind the counter, Jazzmin, was very rude, unpleasant and downright hostile. Apparently she was having a bad day. She was also trying to eat her lunch behind the counter at the same time. Sorry she feels bad, but thats not my fault. She refused to help me with my CVS Bucks, which expire today. She could barely speak to me, not sure why. Im aware there is a new manager who doesnt care and the environment is not the best and they are underpaid. All Im trying to do is buy a few items. Also, some homeless people were begging for money INSIDE CVS.No one cared. If she is unhappy working there, she needs a different job. I shouldnt have to go thru all this drama for a few items I can buy at Kroger for a LOT cheaper. Oh well nothing will change. Never does.

The lady was so rude when she helped me the first time when I came back to use the coupons and employee was by her so she was trying to have a polite voice. The coupon I used didn't work even though I spent $20 to get the $7 discount when I asked why she just showed me the computer saying it didn't let her which obviously I'm not d*** I was asking her why and she just didn't even care to help and was just giving me a ghetto attitude. This why you work at cvs! I don't understand why they issue receipts but they employees treat you like trash when you try and use them.

Worst social skills I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. Staff at the window was rude and condescending. I said my local pharmacy was out of my medication and sent me to this location, she began to question me strangely like I would have a reason to lie about that and then walked away to finally see if she could fill it. Will NEVER fill here again. Also. THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS as it is advertised. I found that out the hard way as well.
