When we try to call them we can’t even get an actual real person on the phone, they just have a virtual voice you can’t even get it to get an actual person to talk to, and if it does redirect you to the pharmacy it just tells you to leave a voicemail and they will get back to you within 1 hour.

Belinda and Pablo has exhibited shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior toward clients, which is both unacceptable and deeply concerning. On multiple occasions, they have interrupted clients mid-conversation, spoken in a condescending and dismissive tone, and failed to show basic respect and patience when addressing their concerns. One particular incident was especially alarming, as their behavior left the client visibly upset and questioning our organization’s commitment to customer service. This kind of conduct not only jeopardizes our relationships with clients but also tarnishes the reputation and trust we work so hard to build. It is completely contrary to the professional standards we uphold, and it reflects poorly on the entire team. This issue cannot be ignored, as it risks further damaging client relationships and undermining the values we strive to represent. Immediate steps must be taken to address this behavior and prevent any further harm to the company’s image.

This CVS pharmacy has incredibly unprofessional employees that do not act their age. One of them girls, dry light brown hair and larger form, was having attitude with my grandmother. Like why are you yelling at my grandmother when she is not being rude?? The girls there act like they are still in middle school and the manager, Pablo G, goes out of his way to defend them. Why work in a place that relies heavily on customer service if you don’t have the proper social skills? It’s utterly baffling how the manager could not reveal his own name or the name of the employee that was being disrespectful— like isn’t that the whole point of being a manager: to help the customers??? Those girls do not want you Pablo, so stop defending them!!!! I hope anybody that comes here is wary, especially elderly folks since they don’t seem to respect their elders!!!

Horrible place. Not a real cvs!! Homeless sleeping along the building, makes me scared to pick up a prescription. Definitely switching over to a different pharmacy all together!!

This location is very convenient however, I don't approve the entire store being closed down except for the pharmacy. Additional need to be made and would appreciate being able to do there.

Terrible service, they don't have delivery control, they text to pick up medicine and when you go, you think you already picked it up.

I guess metformin my diabetes medication is a controlled substance and they said they do t feel safe giving me my medication lol wow that was a first and last for me my lawyer was advised as well… Hispanic little girls have issues they assume they are drs at the pharmacy rude as well yelling at clients very unprofessional and way to represent CVS

I highly commend pharmacist Pablo Gonzalez! I have been working with him for a few years and he is always very helpful, caring and professional. I always hope he is working on the day I need a refill or have a question.

I signed up for a COVID vaccination for Pfizer at this location and show up at the appointed time. I was told that my appointment meant was at another location. I get to that location and all they have is Moderna and cannot give me the shot. I came back to this location and I am. Not waiting to get the shot. I called customer service to report this and was on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. I see no reason to give CSV any more of my business

I have meaning to give my comments and review on this store location. First of all the Managers have no sense of professionalism at the least manners and respect. They treat people/customers like they have problems no sense of managerial skills set at all if they even know what defines. The clerks bless their hearts it's not their fault they were given opportunity to work with the public without having any knowledge of what customer service entails. Mya the so called managers must have hired these folks because she should be the one to set the example and model what good customer should look like and she DOES NOT. Please evaluate who you place as MANAGERS. No star given. Their should a falling star option. Ali, the pharmacist is the only reason I shop there! He's the BEST! *****
