Do not go to this minute clinic. The service was incredibly horrible as well as the knowledge provided. I have never been so disrespected by an NP before, and I went and extremely sick just wanting assistance and testing. She commented on my facial piercings in a disapproving way, which had no correlation to any testing being done, and immediately claimed that her rude attitude was a part of the process. The doctor (another NP) that I saw following claimed “I don’t know what’s wrong with you.” and told me to “just take a Zyrtec” even though I’ve alerted them of my issue with antibiotic resistance. I went to an urgent care a week later after no improvement and was diagnosed with bronchitis as well as prescribed multiple different medication’s to take due to these doctors original negligence on my sickness.Dont waste your time.

I love going to this pharmacy because they always help me find what I need and they’re so nice.

Excellent CVS store. Open 24hrs. Big location. Carry many things we need, from prescriptions to home stuff...?

There is a dangerous disconnect between what the website or app tells me and what the pharmacists tell me. Multiple months my prescription is put "In Process" and I call to confirm. I am then told by the pharmacist that will be ready at the boilerplate time of 14:00. After waiting, the website eventually says "Out of stock" without any notification from the website or the pharmacist. I am then told to check with other CVS pharmacies to see if they have stock. The problem with this is the other CVS pharmacies will not tell me if they have it in stock or not. Yet the website says "If you need your Rx today, contact your pharmacy to find a nearby location with your medication in stock." It is wild how disconnected the pharmacists are from the information being given by CVS and it is also quite dangerous. This will be the fourth time now that I have had to suddenly stop a medication that has explicit instructions not to stop suddenly as serious side effects can occur.CVS has become a baffling unprofessional and dangerous place to get medications from and I highly suggest researching others around your area as they do exist and quite possibly convey information to the customer far better. Do not place your health in the hands of CVS as it is clear they have not even read the very warning labels they plaster on their own medications.

I go there every week. Convenient, opened 24/7, and drive through Pharmacy. Friendly staff! Also a UPS drop!

Minute clinic charges WAY TOO MUCH. $50 for an ear inspection. That was it and there was no cleaning either.

I recently switched a few prescriptions to the store, and I've been shopping there on a regular basis for dental care, and some really good facial products---it seems like there is always a sale and the store is very clean and organized

I went to this CVS Pharmacy for a vaccine. I made my appointment in advance. When I got there, they said it was not with the Pharmacy but the "Minute Clinic" inside the CVS store. That is when the confusion began.I had an 11am appointment. I tried to check in at 10:45 but I was not allowed, had to wait until 10:50. So I waited until 10:50 and checked in. I sat and waited until 11:29. I said to myself that if I am not served by 11:30 I am leaving. But, finally, at 11:29 I was called in.The nurse asked why I was there. I had already indicated all of that information when I made my appointment on the CVS website. But, the CVS data base does not interface with Minute Clinic. What?So I explained why I was there. The nurse asked which shot in the series I needed. I did not know, I suggested to look it up in the CVS database. That is when I found out that CVS and the Minute Clinic do not share information. All of this makes no sense. The nurse called the Pharmacy, which had told me they do not give the shot I needed, to find out what I needed. I finally got my shot and left at about 11:50. So much for the "minute clinic."My conclusions are: 1. Do not expect fast service at Minute Clinic. It's a misleading name. There is nothing "minute" about it. 2. If you want a record of what shots you have received at CVS, go to a CVS Pharmacy. Do not go to Minute Clinic because they know nothing and cannot access your records. I still do not understand if the clinic is part of CVS or not. If so, the fact that medical records are not shared is simply stupid.

Worst CVS minute clinic I have ever been to. Extremely rude nurse. Save yourself and book with a different CVS if you can.

Worst CVS EVER !!!!!!! Don't bother going to their minute clinic. They don't listen to you and actively MISDIAGNOSE PATIENTS. I went to a regular doctor after the one here and came to find out everything was wrong. What a waste of money and time.

I've been here twice for Moderns boosters. Always need an appointment. First time it was total chaos and I wasn't taken in order but had to wait until the end of the line (far beyond my scheduled time.). Today is 2nd booster. No other customers at the pharmacy. The staff totally ignored my presence at the window for several minutes while they joked and laughed. Finally, slurping on her iced tea, one of the women says nonchalantly, "Have you been helped?" Who would have helped me? No. Do ou have an appointment? So she checks me in and says they'll take me in turn. In fairness, I'm about 20 minutes early. Pretty sure they're going to make me wait again. My CVS on Gaston is so much better. I'll do Pfizer in future in order to see them. They are far more professional and attentive to their customers.

The lady that works at the pharmacy is awesome. Even when things don’t go right, she is professional and works hard to find a solution. Thank you!!

I don't usually take to the internet for shaming, but I'm fed up with the service of the CVS Pharmacy on E. Mockingbird and Skillman. (Store number 2979.) After trying to send an email with a complaint via their website, I hit the "send" and I get a message back saying sorry, the folder is full. I tried calling and still couldn't get through to a human being.Okay, fine. Let's do it public... Here's the message I intended to send:"As I write this email, I've spent more than 30 minutes on hold with the pharmacy at the CVS at E. Mockingbird and Skillman in Dallas. When I called the first time, I told the person on the phone that I had a question about my prescription. She asked for my name and DOB, then put me on hold. I waited on hold for 15 minutes before finally hanging up. I called right back and the same woman hastily answers with a 'be right with you" and I'm put on hold again, now going on 18 minutes. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I switched to CVS from Walgreens a couple years ago because I was getting this same sort of service."
