I'm not sure who's working right at this moment, but they need to be reevaluated. Long story short, my prescription was lost in the system somehow and when I tried to locate my doctor to fill out another one, the woman working said "I don't know where she is. You saw her, not me." Seriously? Who says that to someone looking for their medication??

Store hours are completely in accurate. Hours on the door and on the site say 7 AM opening. It's 7:30 AM and no one in sight. I cannot get anybody on the phone as well. Incredibly irritating. Please update your hours

Scheduled a covid booster shot appointment- arrived on time- waited at the store over an hour then was told it might be an additional 30 minutes- why schedule appointments if they can't administer them at the appointment time? Running a few minutes behind is one thing but this was over the top.

Had an appointment scheduled today for the covid vaccine however when I walk in the site is closed. I was told by an employee that the nurse had an emergency and needed to leave. I got no call, no email or anything letting me know they where canceling my appointment. 0 stars to who ever this nurse is!

Tall manager was yelling at another customer who came in and was literally asking for a mask (she had forgotten hers). The manager must have been having a bad dad. But yelling at a mom on Mother's Day? Come on. She said "I'm vaccinated and just need a mask but didn't bring one. Have some decency.

I was told during the Covid-19 that I could not return a item. The sales girl told me to return the item after everything settled down. I asked the sales girl over, and over, and over, and over was there gonna be a problem when I tried to return this item and she reassured me over, and over, and over, and over that there would not be a problem when I came back to return this item!!!!! Well guess what there was a problem!!??? They did not return my item! I feel like I was lied to, and I am completely furious this is bad customer service to someone that purchases from them all the time!! I give 3 stars because the whole entire staff in the pharmacy are SUPERSTARS! They are beyond helpful in this department. They break their necks to even come from. Behind the counter to show you what you need to feel better. The front of the store told me when I looked for help once before not this time, we are trying to do self check out, so they can stay focused on stocking the store. I was like ok you personally don't want to check me out. Sometime you do want the one on one conversation, not shop, and bye bye....

This location is supposed to open at 7 per this page. I have gotten here on numerous occasions between 8-8:30, today included, where the doors are still locked. The lights will be on but no one will be in the store.

Been coming here 12 years. Never again. Soldvme a product that made me ill. Luteine gel caps--spoiled odor. Attempted to show pharmacy. No interest. They're still selling this product to other people. Aren't pharmacies supposed to care about the health of tgeir customers?

I changed to CVS Inwood Village from Walgreens last year. I used the drive ions at Walgreens On NWHWY and Inwood. No long waits at CVS and the people are very professional. The wait in store is also much faster. Once my wife was put on hold at Walgreens and after 15 minutes drove to the store and nobody was on phone and she still had her cell phone with her. Maybe store at Turtle Creek and nwhwy has staffing issues but there is a big difference in speed.

I was surprised to read all the negative reviews of this CVS location in Inwood Village! I switched to this CVS months ago, because the staff is much nicer and more patient than at other pharmacies and other CVSs. I usually pick up through the drive-thru. There is rarely a wait, and every staff member working the window is polite and helpful. I'm always greeted with a smile. They always answer any questions I have about the medications my family is taking - if the person helping me cannot answer my question, he/she will find someone who can. (This happened last week.) I think people are more willing to complain than compliment, so I wanted to write a positive review. I've never had a bad experience at this CVS, and I'm there a few times a month!

The worst pharmacy. They automatically filled an inactive prescription in their system, and the pharmacist Jennifer refused to fix it. (Looks like they don't keep accurate computer records). In addition to costing me over $400 for THEIR MISTAKE, this also caused problems with health insurance. They refuse to take responsibility for their error, and they will not fix the monetary damages. I expected pharmacist Jennifer to make good or at least clean up their mess, but instead they basically said "too bad, so sad." A pharmacist should be someone you can trust--should be someone you do trust because they should have your interests at heart. I have lost all trust in this pharmacist and pharmacy.

Pharmacy assistants are super nice, but the pharmacists get prescriptions wrong. It's expensive and dangerous when pharmacists mess up.

It's a good thing there is a CVS in every corner. This one is terrible. I waited at the counter to make my purchase. No one came. I went and found a worker using a pricing tool on items. I asked if she could check me out. I'll be there in a minute was her response. I left my items on the counter and walked out. CUSTOMER SERVICE is important. I'm the customer. Wait on me I drive a block, got the same items and check out. Terrible store
