Went to the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up my son’s prescription before school starts. There were two cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the window the woman closed the curtains and said she could no longer help me because it was precisely 6 p.m. I said I have been waiting in the line behind the other cars, so what was I supposed to do? She then said to call another Walgreens that was still open and have my prescription transferred, even though I am right here and in the course of the conversation I could have been given my prescription. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, with the unwillingness to assist, especially given that I arrived to the pharmacy before they closed and was simply waiting behind the vehicles in front me. I will happily be taking my business to CVS, but absolutely wanted to put on record that whoever closed on August 10, 2024 needs to be held accountable for their actions.

The pharmacist on duty inappropriately determined that my daughter disqualified for the COVID booster just by looking at my daughters vaccine card. She was suppose to confirm that my daughter met the criteria for receiving this booster, but under the CDC guidelines, there is no reason for us to disclose what condition she has to qualify her for the booster. We made the appointment by answering all the questions on line, but the pharmacist rejected her according to her own assumption. I was surprised and not sure how to respond as I know this was in violation of the rules. As I was trying to discuss with her without completely disclosing my daughters condition. The pharmacist just walks off. Aside from her inappropriate judgement call, she was extremely rude and short during the entire exchange. Her mannerism was very much authoritative, she gave me her decision from the point she looked at my daughters information, and that was the end of discussion. I have never had such an ugly experience as a consumer, patient, or human being. I was there with my husband and both kids, needless to say, we were all in shock, we will not be coming back to this place

I was standing in line the pharmacy lady walked passed me 2 times and then started closing the gate(door) I told her I have been standing here waiting. She said oh sorry come back at 2pm. I asked her can you help me since I have been standing here and you just kept passing me. She said no and closed the gate! That was very rude I will get my medication here this time but will never return.

Went in for a booster shot. Had a scheduled appointment. Pharmacist did not bother to check my ID or my insurance and refused to look at a photographic image of my two doses. Tried to refuse me the booster shot because I did not have my actual card. And when I pushed back, made me feel like she was doing me a favor. Incredibly rude.

First off, I want to say that the staff is great and my review has nothing to do with that. That being said, something's changed with this location. For two years, I had no problems. But in the last 3 or 4 months it seems they never have anything in stock. Every single prescription that I have sent in has been out of stock and has needed to be ordered. The automated phone line gives me a date of when it will be available, but it's never been accurate. It's gotten to the point that whenever I have a prescription sent to this location, I have to spend 20-30 minutes making phone calls to have it transferred to a different store that does have my prescriptions in stock. I've switched to a different store now because this one is no longer reliable.
