I have gone round and round with the pharmacy just trying to transfer my prescriptions there. The end of the conversation is that I need to call my doctor to get prescriptions filled there. I am very frustrated after 5 days of not hearing back and then realizing that I was not given correct information from the beginning. A sympathetic approach to the customer would have been appreciated and an apology for the misinformation. But they blamed my answering machine say it must have cut off too soon when they were talking. Really? I heard the message and it sounded complete. They said they were making the calls needed and would let me know when the prescription was in. I am not really wanting to work with this pharmacy if this is going to be the ongoing pattern. I may just cut my losses and find another pharmacy that communicates well and gives correct instructions.

This entire store needs an overhaul.....both with aesthetics and the 'working' personal within. After waiting for just shy of five minutes in the Pharmacy line, (all whilst watching two Pharmaceutical employees meander around, smacking gum and doing absolutely nothing, and two others clicking on computers) I finally ask the person in front of me if they'd indeed been helped! "NO" they said; visibly irritated, "and no one has spoken a word to me!"At that point a Pharmaceutical employee said "We'll (indicated more than one) be with you in a moment"By this time there were two more ppl in line and 8 minutes of our lives had expired. Finally an employee came to wait on the person in front of me and the person directly behind me ask how long we'd been waiting. As I turned and was replying "Almost 10 minutes", I noticed there were now seven people waiting!! Another employee left their computer and ask to help the next person in line. ME!!! By this time it was four minutes after the hour; I had been waiting for 14 minutes before any employee even acknowledged my presence. Completely, totally, unequivocally.....UNACCEPTABLE. Karen S. Lynch, current CEO of CVS, received $1,429,167 as a salary, $5,616,000 as a bonus, $3,249,997 in stock options, and $9,749,990 was awarded as stock and $343,258 was just simple compensation!! Wow! How 'bout some of that $$$$ be put back into compensating your employees and cleaning up your stores!!!

This store is FILTHY !Front of store cashiers, pharmacist & pharmacy staff are RUDE !! The new ''self checkout'' machine DOES NOT work properly an the staff is NOWHERE to be found !While standing [3rd] in line at the self checkout it is malfunctioning & emitting an irritating noise while simultaneously a recorded message plays saying ''a sales associate will be with you shortly''.After searching no such sales associate is to be found ANYWHERE in public areas of the store !After its obvious NO ONE is around and/or coming to help, I get out of the line an knock on the managers office door [which is less than 20 feet & within earshot of the alarm & messaging from the checkout machine] !A guy emerges after the knock but cannot fix the problem with the machine so begrudgingly steps behind the counter to manually checkout the now 5 people in line an his calls on the intercom for help go unanswered !This store is a DISASTER !

Horrible service from the pharmacy. I would give it a zero but I had to choose at least a 1 star. The head pharmacist is one rude individual. She had the audacity to say there was a language barrier between her and my father. When in essence my father clearly understands and speaks english. CVS pharmacy has lost longtime customers.

This is one of the busiest CVS pharmacies I've been to. It's right on the corner across from many stores, and inevitably there's a lot of surrounding traffic. I went to pick up some prescriptions that I knew were ready for pickup since I got the call from the pharmacy. The lady before me was waited on for at least 10 minutes from when I got in line for the drive through. When she was done and drove off, I drove up to the window and wasn't even greeted or briefed to wait although I could see the pharmacy techs busy charging and counting pills. I politely waited until 5 min passed and pressed the button to call for assistance though they saw my big red truck and knew they had someone waiting there. When one of them finally came over to window, he spoke in a sassy voice asking what he could do for me, and I explained to him that I had been waiting quite a while for a prescription that's ready and I'd be out of his hair as soon as he could get it for me. He didn't apologize for having me wait or ignoring me or anything, he just asked me for my info, fetched the med, and gave it over to me with the signature pad. And that was it without anymore exchange of words. I don't recall him even aking if it was a new med for me or if I'd like to speak to the pharmacist. No courteousness - simply bad customer service. I don't want to go to that particular CVS for meds if I can avoid it.

I went in to see if they had the as seen on tv products. They had what I needed and the price was less than going somewhere else.
