Called, waited 10 minutes for someone to connect and ask me what I needed. I asked if they had a pretty common motion sickness drug in stock (so I could then have it prescribed right away) and then waited another 5 minutes on hold until I gave up and hung up. Didn't foresee her answering my question within another 10-15 minutes... so ridiculous.

This CVS used to be a pretty easy process. Over the last 6 months it has degraded to barely even able to function. There is always a line - yes even after 9:00PM.. They are understaffed, disinterested, and just short of rude. Some days there are only two people behind the counter. You can always hear their phone saying " 3 pharmacy calls" OR MORE, yet they do nothing about it. The store front is filthy, carpet filthy, and disarray everywhere. Anyone switched to the one at Midway and Parker? I only been there once for a covid booster a year or more ago. It's worth the extra few minutes IF it's any better.I don't alway post negative reviews as I think many people do so out of a one or two time experience. But for me? I'm done with that store.

It is rare that I leave reviews. However, after being treat so rudely by your pharmacist, an Indian gentleman, I thought prudent to leave a review. He cared nothing about manners, or treat a customer, how a customer should be treated. He was so rude, I called my doctors office, and put them on speaker, so they could hear how rude this man was treating me. Well, suffice to say, they were even appalled.\\nHis attitude was so poor, I never want to shop at CVS again….

This is the worst pharmacy EVER. I am a cancer patient. My doctor called in a controlled pain reliever at 11. They told him he must get insurance approval. I called this store at 2:45 to see about the prescription. I offered to pay for it out of pocket. I was then told it was OUT OF STOCK!!! I asked who might have it. They gave me the address of that CVS. Then I was told that the doctor would have to call the other location to give them the prescription. I called that store. They said it appears on line that they have it but won't know until they get the order and can unlock the drawer!!Just when I think this store can't get any worse they prove me wrong. Too bad zero or negative numbers aren't options!

Waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, i would not recommend this CVS. Please save yourself some time and pick a different location.

This CVS is the worst; very slow \\u0026 inconsistent prescription fulfillment, also frequently out of stock for common meds. I just spent literally 45 mins in line behind 8 other cars and moved 0 the entire time. The one just N on Park is SO much better: faster, 2 lanes, better customer service etc. etc.

Do the phones even work? I've never gotten through. Once got stuck in the drive thru for an hour because they did't have a sign that they were doing covid testing and then I still had to come because they messed up the rx. Pretty sure the days of good reviews are long gone for this CVS.

Going here for long time but looking at for new place! service has gone down hill. night pharmacist they never answer phones- man with accent is the most arrogant person.went at 945 pm waited for so long then would not even come to window to help me. Avoid this place please

No one is capable in the pharmacy of picking up the phone. Stayed on hold 2 times for over an hour. Staff is completely inconsiderate.

The good thing about this pharmacy is the convenience of being 24hrs. Staff can be rude and condescending especially when asking questions about medications

Worst pharmacy ever! I only go here because it's close by. After reading the reviews, I see things haven't changed in over 13 years. Hey CVS Corporate, y'all need to step in and re-do this entire store and get people in the pharmacy that are competent... and you need to pay them more than $15./hour! I was in the store waiting to get a RX filled and I saw a notice posted on the pharmacy wall for help wanted "Pharmacy Technician-$15./hr". When I have called for the pharmacy, I'm literally on hold for over an hour and no one picks up the phone! So I decide to just drive there(much faster) only to wait in line at the pharmacy counter. This is a top location for CVS, so please get this place revamped and on the right track. People are leaving and going elsewhere. I'll be back when you do.
