I prepaid for my prescription online on Wednesday, on Friday morning I went to pick it up and was told I had waited too long and it was cancelled. The pharmacist said he could probably fill it in “a few minutes”, but made no effort to actually do so. He also said I’ll “probably” get a refund for my prepay. Nobody seemed too interested in figuring out what went wrong or what needed to happen to get me my pills I had already paid for. Instead of just putting some pills in a bottle for me he just told me to wait and stood there looking at me. It’s just some BP medicine, it’s not like I had some controlled substance. I don’t mind if something goes wrong, but I do when nobody is interested in making it right.

Service always punctual and the pharmacy staff always helpful. Ambience? Same any other CVS or other popular pharmacy chains.

I took my mother-in-law who is 98 years old to get her bivalent covid shot at this store. They had come out in the past to the car to giver her a flu shot. Every place that my mother-in-law had gone to get a covid shot they came out to give it to her. She 98 years old, has ankles that look like tree stumps from edema and terrible arthritis. She can barely walk at all with a walker. This day (Dec 13 2022) the pharmacist told me now that they don't do that any more, new policy. They made her walk in socks about 50 feet through the water (it had just rained) in the parking lot all the way to the back. They were unapologetic about it and didn't offer any alternatives (such as providing a wheelchair or relocating their shot area temporarily, etc...). They told me that she had to walk to the back of the store or she wasn't going to get that shot. I felt this was cruelty to not accommodate the handicapped and talking to their district supervisor he said this was OK with CVS, except about being rude and not trying to accommodate her in another way.

Lady at front counter is super rude. Like... for no reason. Get rid of her, and I may consider returning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is remarkable and works extra hard to solely discounts. One of the pharmacists, Shenna - I hope I spelt that right- is painless at injections and works hard to find the best prices. The best part is that she knows her customer. The other pharmacist is super friendly and helpful. I just do not have as much experience with him.

This CVS does keep shelves stocked and has a very friendly staff. Make sure to check the CVS sales ad before you visit as they sometimes don't have particular sales items marked. The insect repellent that's CVS branded is the best on the market tested by myself and consumer reports. You have to visit CVS in the summer and get a can of the Total Home Insect repellent with 30% Deet.
