This is probably one of the most appalling and disturbing experiences I've ever had at any retail store, let alone any CVS location.After asking for a shopping cart or basket, I was ridiculed by the associate as she yelled at me "we ain't got no baskets here". I was quite taken back and made a comment that they might want to get some shopping carts into this location. Five minutes later Dallas PD is tapping me on the shoulder while standing at the self checkout counter and the officer proceeds to physically assault me without charging me with any crime or lawful detainment.The associate who professes to be the GM begins making up all kinds of accusations, that I was disturbing the other customers, cursing at everyone, etc. a complete and utter lie. I'm actually now seeking damages as this was a willful attempt to weaponize the police by making false statements, and knowingly submitting a false police report. 12 Dallas cops showed up and tried to intimidate me, bully me, and violated my constitutional rights while doing so. I'm loyal to CVS, and this was encounter was one off and not typical in my many years of shopping many CVS locations.

Got some pictures printed, walked in to a woman greeting us with a great smile. So sweet. We forgot our wallet pictures so we came back and she immediately helped us and was very welcoming! Her name is Carolyn! This woman deserves a raise for her sweetness and professionalism.

Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. The woman who answered the phone gave me different answers when I asked her questions about availability of medication and needing to talk to my doctor. Then she told me she was on lunch and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service!

Visiting the Pharmacy at the Coit Road CVS in Dallas was a wonderful experience. They were able to help me and take care of all my prescription needs in about 5 minutes. Thuy, the pharmacist, was brilliant and very helpful. If there is a way to promote this person, then please do as soon as possible! :-)

Wow, what a difference it makes to have kind and caring professionals work here at the CVS Coit & Alpha versus a bad experience I had at another nearby CVS location (Coit & Belt Line.) I came here after that location suggested I try this location for a "walk in" Covid booster. I went to the Pharmacy counter and was greeted by Hanan and she genuinely wanted to help. She explained that we must be in their system in order to administer the vaccine. She asked if I could make the appointment on my phone. I said I would go back home and do it on my computer because that would be easier for me, plus it was lunchtime and I was hungry. I went home and was able to make the appointment for 3:00 that afternoon on my computer. Hubby and I both came back at 3:00 and the Pharmacy was much busier at this time, but we were still treated with respect and they got everyone taken care of. We had to wait for two other customers that were ahead of us to get their shots and then we received our shot from Tigist Gebteyesus, the Pharmacy Tech. She was very friendly and did a great job giving us our shots. She updated our Covid-19 Vaccination Cards that I brought with us. I went out of my way to ask for their names because both Hanan and Tigist went above and beyond and are true examples of providing excellent customer service.

maybe increase staff. it seems as though they are always busy and short handed. Managing Pharmacist and all of the staff memeber are very nice and helpful. i love going to this CVS, it is a place with a heart!

Most poorly run CVS. I’ve ever had to deal with. Frequently staff are unhelpful and it doesn’t open until 9 AM - how is that allowed? I make the driver further for Walgreens because of how poorly run this location. Is.

This is The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to they sent you a message saying they're verifying your insurance for meds then when you call them they said they don't have any in stock but they wait to tell you when you call Then and don't even warn you !

I am highly disappointed with this pharmacy and poor customer service at this location. I am from out of town and this particular location was the closest to my hotel, not close enough to walk to so an Uber was necessary. I was advised my prescription was ready via text and came to pick it up. Not knowing they close for lunch, I arrived and was told they had to close for lunch, I explained my situation that I wasted an Uber drive to come here and Thuy Bui did not budge to help and that they had to lunch. First, I never was told at drop off they close for lunch, secondly I find it poor management that all pharmacy employees go to lunch at the same time leaving no coverage in case someone came in in need of their prescriptions. The fact that Thuy did not care to check me out with my prescription due to my out of town situation (with no car) really disappoints me as a customer. She also knew I was in need of my prescription with the pain I was in when I initially dropped off my prescription and to know she would have me wait till they came back from lunch find it very disturbing. I would hope the staff in charge would review this situation and see how they could've made the negative experience to a positive one for someone else. Thuy was helpful at the end but as an opportunity for her and the pharmacy I feel needs improvement on the customer service

The pediatrician prescribed this at this location. My baby started to feel more bad yesterday; it is just unbelievable that they give this to a little kids, and where is the health department? This is my last time at this location.

It's supposed to be open at 7am. It is now 7:33 and no one has yet to come open the store. Very unprofessional. there has been at least four or five ppl come and go expecting them to be open. And on top of that it's cold af outside.

I called to check on the status of my photo order and I spoke to the sweetest and loveliest lady on the phone! She was so patient, professional, expedient, and so very kind that I had to call back and get her name. Her name is Mrs. Carolyn and she really made me feel like I was talking to a family member. Great customer service!

Nightmare of lies Called said 15min wait for flu shot Got there reg it said 60mins I said ok did some other stuff checked my time 2 times it was moving got my 30 min warning walked in after another 20 mins the it said it was another 60 mins vs 10mins Ugh worse than doc office vist
