The 1 star rating is really generous. Insurance requires me to use CVS. My store on Greenville is so understaffed I just hung up Ayer 23 min. I probably should be more tolerant. No reflection on the staff themselves, a big goose egg for corporate CVS.

Where's the customer service? After sitting in the drive through pick up line for 10+ mins, I arrived at the window 3 mins after 8:00. As the attendant was pulling down the metal curtain, I gestured please; I need my medication. She looked eye to eye with me and shook her head no. Really? Was another 5 mins departing from work going to destroy her evening?! WTH? IT's medication not a taco. Oh...and the reason I was there at 7:50? I was held up at work helping clients. so...I was unable about to collect my much needed medication.

Avoid this location if at all possible. Trash all about the parking lot, store is understaffed. I ordered pictures printed and multiple had crushed corners and ragged cut edges; only half the order was complete after receiving notice the order was ready. While I was getting refunded for the pictures I witnessed another person blatantly shoplifting.

"Worker didn't show up, she is coming later. No Covid test. Now, move out of the way so I can help the next customer" Is there even a management in this trashy store??? So low! So low! The worst I ever seen!

The 2 employees here during the busiest hours (after 5) were really working to get each customer serviced. Super helpful even though the store was extremely busy/chaotic.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. I spent an hour on hold only for them to hang up on me when I finally got a person. I was trying to check on a prescription that has been in progress since the morning. I had to go into the pharmacy in person without knowing if they even had the medication, and they were able to finally fill it. Needless to say, I will be switching pharmacies.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Pharmacy employees are rude. As I was walking up, before I could even get to the counter lady was already yelling "nope, we are not taking any drop offs! Sorry not my fault." Ok well how about you let me show you what I need and then maybe you can help me find (again since this is the 2nd cvs I stop at) a location that has it in stock and will accept my drop off. I don't even need it today.. so if they are backed up maybe taking the prescription and letting me know it won't be ready till tomorrow or Monday. At least then I would have an option. Not just get hit with a NO before even getting all the way to the counter! Not only this. Right after she says this to me she walks away from the counter and leaves me there.

There's a reason this locations pharmacy has terrible reviews. Always understaffed, and even when they're fully staffed I waited over 30min just to get a Covid booster shot..... even behind me theres at least 5 other people waiting just to get a shot. This isn't including the other 10 people waiting in line just to pick up their prescriptions. Never seen anything like it.

One of my recent visits I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated at the drive thru. I was in line for a lengthy period of time with just 1 car ahead of me prior to 6pm. Right at 6pm I pull up after the other car was released and the African American older woman and a white male were at the window and closed the curtains on me and raised them back up and the woman yelled, \\\"We're closed man\\\" in a rude tone and shut the curtains back down in my face as I was trying to speak and explain I had been waiting in line prior to 6pm for my prescription. It was the last day that I could pick them up so this was such an inconvenience to me and her conduct was so unprofessional and rude to say the least.

Dirties rest room in the world. This should not be acceptable specially in a place called pharmacy. SOS this could spread more sickness if it continue open.

I have been using this CVS Pharmacy for over three years now and they always take great care of my fiancé and I. Melinda, the pharmacist, is great and it’s always nice to make sure we’re taken care of well. By far my favorite pharmacy and will continue using their services as long as Melinda is there.

They have shortened their hours and the pharmacy is down to 10am to 8pm. This is NOT online ; it is a paper sign on the window. The pharmacy is not well functioning. Had to go back three times to get the right prescription filled. When you are fighting an infection, no one has time for that.

Seems to busy can't get through on the phone either good pharmacy but needs some improvement on the amount of people working had to wait an hour or more for meds that's crazy
