I would put zero stars if possibleSamantha is the rudest not giving a flip about the fact I've been trying to get my meds for 2 weeks she said she is the boss & no one else can help me. she definitely had the I don't care attitude & I still can't get my medsI will be transferring my prescriptions and I will post on all my social media accounts about the rudeness of this pharmacy SHE TOLD ME I COULD COMPLAIN TO 1800CVSCARE? and I will ZERO STARS

I called Tuesday 2/14/23 to ask the young lady when will my medicine will be ready for pickup, she said the medicine will be in on 2/20/2023. I told her I'm supposed to take it on Wednesday. I just happen to call on Friday and it was in. I went to CVS and the Asian pharmacy told me the medicine came in on 2/14/2023 and No One ever called me to let me know the medicine was there.

They completely close for lunch now. With four people behind the counter there is no way to just rotate for lunch? And a longer lunch at that? Took two trips to get my prescription. Seems like my business is an inconvenience for your pharmacy? Then the money my insurance pays you is not enough, so you want 87 cents from me. You guys just couldn't negotiate with Aetna 87 more cents and you just couldn't let that one go. OK, I dug a dollar out from somewhere. $15 copay I get. 87 cents, come on. The entire reason to use CVS is convenience and avoiding a hassle. You guys are headed in the wrong direction. Either way, my insurer has been asking me to use their online pharmacy for a few months now. No multiple trips and all payments handled between them and the pharmacy. P.S. Your floors are always filthy with leaves and dirt. You still have bentonite all around the checkout area from the ice that was over a week ago. Seriously. At least act like you are trying. Everything you sell I can just get at Kroger or Tom Thumb within blocks. Not the end of the world in the grand scheme of things but just tired of the consumer getting the short end.

I made an appointment yesterday to receive my 3rd Pfizer booster shot today. The process was very easy. After registering on-line I received a confirmation email. Then one hour before my appointment I received a text message instructing me to click on the link when I arrived at the pharmacy to check in. Easy peasey! We arrived about 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. The pharmacist asked what arm we wanted to get the injection in and we were off even before our appointment time. Don't forget your original COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card so it can be updated with the booster!

This is by far the most terrible location i've ever been too. the staff SUCKS especially jamie she can suck a f****** dick always has an attitude, always rude, messy talks behind peoples back. don't even get me started on the other staff. all managers should be out of jobs.

POS store just randomly closes; puts up a sign up saying they're shut down for 40 minutes. They're not kind enough to say what time they'll be back open, so you don't know when the 40 minutes started. They have done this on several occasions.

This is my primary pharmacy and drug store. Never had a problem. The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly. I often pick up my parent's prescriptions as well as my own. Haven't had an issue with the pharmacy either. Most of the bad reviews are old so maybe there have been changes though I don't remember it being a bad place back then. Or maybe people just like to whine.

This pharmacy sucks!!! The people are rude to me EVERY TIME I go to get my prescription!! Well then they texted me saying they will call my doctor to ask for a refill then told me it would be ready on Friday!!! However I go up to this pharmacy and it's not ready!!! The guy that was at the window told me that to doctor denied the refill! That would have been good to know last week so I could get into the doctor to get a refill!!! Then he questioned me about my texts and if I got it!! If I had gotten it I wouldn't have called it in to this pharmacy!!!! I will be going elsewhere for future prescriptions!!! If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would!!!

I've had bad experiences at this pharmacy too. One of the techs is always a little condescending and rude. Whenever there's a problem that we can't figure out right away, his reaction is just that I've done something wrong and there's no effort to try to resolve it. I've ended up leaving the pharmacy or ending a phone call early, only to figure out how to solve the problems on my own later (one time a prescription WAS ready but was under my maiden name, which I told him could have happened in the first place, etc).
