BAD BAD SERVICES.. BEWARE.. DO NOT TO GO THIS LOCATION. WAIT FOR YOUR TIME. Now, I know why a lot of customers vote CVS shut down this location. This is my first time to came here at 7:30pm on Oct 2, 2023.They need to train cashier for customer services before let the guy (retail cashier) work. How come he made me waited for 1 hour on the line for check out. He was so rude. He seems does not like to work there at night shift. If you are not happy please do not go to work because you will give the customers nervous and high temperature. I will call CVS Customer service line to put complaining about him. That is why this location got really bad reviews and too much complaint.Again, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF you don't want bad mood for your day or get high blood pressure.

Didn't fill my prescription that the doctor had called in even though it had been over 24 hours and I had to come back. Drive-thru is "broken" and the line inside is very slow moving. Need to fix the POS Pin Pad it is broken as well and wobbles while trying to use it. Need to vacuum the carpet in front of the pharmacy it looks like it hasn't been done in months (multiple scraps of paper and candy pieces on the floor)

This location needs to closed down. The pharmacy staff and team that worked today in CVS today were awful. I've never experienced service so bad in my life. I arrived at 10:12am for a 10:30am Covid test and Aster had be waiting in the drive thru until I got out my car and knocked on the window. By 10:50am the pharmacy team said the I had to book another about and drive around because they couldn't figure the system out. Another pharmacist stated that I selected to many insurance policies when I booked my appointment which is BS because the system only allows for one insurance company to be selected at a time. I ended up going in to speak with the manager on duty for the store. After manager spoke with the pharmacist he told me that I was better off going to another location due them not being able to figure it out. Another seasoned gentleman ended up leaving because he felt his blood pressure going up from waiting for service. Whatever you do, DO NOT go the this location. The CVS pharmacy team on 7979 BELTLINE ROAD, DALLAS, TX 75254 helped me and had me in and out and less than 5 minutes.

Nothing. Scott and the team are very helpful. They call me by name when they see me. They are extremely helpful. I will say that before Scott got here this place was in shambles. He has brought it back to a respectable pharmacy. He always goes above and beyond to help you get what you need. Lidia and Maria are always there and are happy to help.

This is the worst Pharmacy I've ever used. It usually takes at least three trips to get each prescription filled. We have had at least three different doctors say they've attempted to contact this Pharmacy and each of them have said the pharmacy does not respond. The pharmacy tells us they did but obviously they didn't. This CVS often tells us a script is ready to be picked up but when we get there they tell us it is not available. There are often long lines in the Drive-Thru and service is very very slow. The hours it is opened are not posted and they close early at 8:00 p.m.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Agree with others about phone service-they never answer the phone, and then seem to have an excess of trouble understanding/processing the conversation. I shouldn't have to repeat the spelling of my name and date of birth a half a dozen times. I have tried 3 times now to get my RX called in from my doctor, and they cannot seem to find it, process it. I've confirmed the phone number, confirmed with my doctor (who has always reliably delivered), and nothing. I don't know if it's their systems or the staff, but I'm done. Moving my prescriptions to Tom Thumb.

This is the last time we will use not only this CVS...but CVS period. Not even talking about my own medications, this is the 4th time my children have had to go without their medicine they take at school. They need it daily. The pharmacist told me that our doctor was to blame for only calling in one refill instead of both, and that they would have my daughter's medicine in an hour and a half...then I just got a call saying that they don't have her medicine at all. We are done with the lies, the blaming and overall ineptness and unprofessionalism this company operates with. Don't screw with my children's health. I hope others are warned so they do not waste an hour in line for literally nothing.

The pharmacy is horrible. I have been on hold for 20 mins--then hung up to call back and was on hold another 10 and then they hung up on me. Called back and I've now been on hold again for 15 mins and still waiting. I have now driven up here and am waiting to see if they answer the phone or get me in the drive they lane faster. Do yourself a favor and go to another CVS.

Everyone wants to use their local pharmacy. Will happily travel further to stay from these rude disrespectful people. Was told multiple times over the course of an hour and a half "oh it looks like it's not ready. Give us 15 minutes." Heard that line from 3 different people. When the 3rd person said that I said. I feel like no one truly knows the status of my medicine because everyone says the same thing and I've been waiting for an hour after "just 15 minutes." Got all sorts of lip service and attitude after pushing back to get clarity. It's blatantly obvious the staff is SO busy and understaffed and Has no idea how to treat or talk to their customers as a result of overreacting due to high stress. All around bad situation at this location.

The pharmacy always takes 10 years to do basic things they leave you in the drive-through for so long and they are constantly telling you in accurate times. If you tell me my prescriptions going to be ready in an hour and I drive over here in an hour and some change and it's still not ready and you're gonna tell me another 30 minutes I'm gonna get furious. They all always just seem so confused and it gets very aggravating!
