First my prescription wasn’t ready then told me it’ll be 15 minutes came back in 45 minutes it still wasn’t ready I’ll definitely be changing my pharmacy and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here either

Pulled up to Drive-thru window and was greeted immediately, with team member stating: just a minute. Team member came right back and assisted me, with picking up prescriptions. Fast and easy. I was also notified about Flu and COVID vaccines, available!! Good experience today!!

Can not speak with anyone human. They send you to leave a call back message for the pharmacy which then never returns your call. They say expect a call back in 1 hrs. It's been 4 T hours. And I call and still no human response. At this rate a patient is dead!++

I usually get pretty good service here, but today I was told they will no longer provide baskets. So I had to walk around carrying a load of stuff in arms. They said people steal them so they won't provide them anymore, so bring your own basket or shopping bag.

WOW WHERE DID WE GET THIS PLACE FROM, NO BASKETS, FOR YOU TO SHOP AND THE PHARMACY IS A JOKE, I CALLED MY SCRIPT IN WONDERING WHY ITS TAKING SO LONG WE ARE PREPARING IT, SO NOW ITS GETTING TO BE TO LONG, MY ORDER WAS FOR 50 TEST STRIPS, THEY TELL ME THEY ONLY SELL 100, OKAY WHAT ARE YOU PREPAIRING THEN , THEN I WAS TOLD MY REFILLS RAN OUT I EXPLAINED THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF LAST MONTH DO YOU NOT KEEP RECORDS HE THEN TELLS ME I WILL TELL YOU WHEN YOU PICKED UP I SAID SIR , YOU DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT, NOW THERE IS SILENTS, AND NOW WE DON'T HAVE IT, AND I WAS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER I HAD TO CALL THE OTHER PHARMACY WHO HAD THE MED TO RETRIEVE THE SCRIPT SO THEY COULD FILL IT HE JUST SAYS I WILL CALL IT IN FOR YOU BUT AN HOUR HAS PASSED AND HE DIDN'T MIND YOU ITS ALREADY A WEEK PASSED THE REFILL DATE NO ONE CALLED OR ANYTHING WOW NO CARE AND CONCERN AT ALL, I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU A GENERIC BRAND WITHOUT ASKING AS WELL ,IF ITS NOT BROKE DON'T FIX IT LORD I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PHARMACY THIS IS TO MUCH, I THINK CERTAIN MEDS. SHOULD BE VIP ESPECIALLY ANYTHING TO DO WITH INSULIN, AND STOP FILLING MEDS NO ONE HAS ASKED FOR ESPECIALLY ONES THAT A PERSON NO LONGER TAKES, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE I CAN'T EVEN USE THE DRIVE-THRU HAVE TO GO IN BECAUSE I HAVE TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE I DON'T HAVE A BAG FULL OF DISCONTIUED MEDS THAT I HAVE TOLD THEM I NO LONGER TAKE AND HAS CANCELED ON THE WEBSITE , YOU PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER TO OUT DONE!!!
