Today's experience involved the RX department. They handled a script earlier in the day for me, I had no problems, considering the volume of customers. Everything was @ a steady flow. Thank-you!Later on, in the same day, I required another RX. Once again, no problems, and I didn't wait long. It was important for me to get the RX before closing. They were able to handle me and my needs beyond my expectation. I am grateful for my very kind and professional care. Thank-you!!

This CVS pharmacy offers a staff full of wisdom, kindness, and understanding. They helped me understand the different options available outside of my prescriptions. They also keep consistent stock.

listen, this is my go to CVS because it's 24 hours. but the service here is insanity. I can't say anything about the pharmacy aspect because I've never had a prescription sent here (I just use the Tom Thumb next door, they're AWESOME!). However, the "manager" here is the rudest person ever. I had a very late (and very important) photo order. He shooed me off the chair and talked to me like I was an idiot. Not my fault your system is crap and didn't want to print my photos. He didn't offer a solution, and I had already paid for it online so am I supposed to just let it sit there if it ever gets fulfilled? It was a simple, SAME DAY photo order that I had deliberately placed early in the morning so they'd print it that morning. They do not answer the phone, I waited on hold for 30 minutes (I know, why would I stay on the line that long? Well I was hoping for someone to notice that there was a call waiting..stupid). Anyways, yes I will still go here because of convenience but if you actually have something to do here, there's a lovely CVS on walnut hill that'll help you out, it's not 24 hours though.

Do not go to this pharmacy. I hate it. They are rude. Will have full conversation amongst themselves while a customer is standing at the counter to pick up a prescription. You will be standing there and no one will even speak. Bad business. Take your prescriptions elsewhere. You will be disappointed here for sure. Bad customer service.

This pharmacy at this CVS location is VERY, VERY slow. I was told to come back in 3 hours to pickup my meds, gave them 4 hours and it still had not been filled. The pharmacists could not even give me a time frame as to when it would be ready - that was after she knew my husband was in hospital and could not be discharged until these were filled. Choose another location but NOT this CVS

They act like there register does not work when it's three employees on the floor sometimes two , they always send you to the kiosk which most of the time asks for there help anyways. It's just a waste of time when it could've have been 10 tens faster to ring it up, then bad customer service because ain't no way I should have to go to a kiosk and you are at the register no ma'am. & this isn't my first time going there

This pharmacy is horrible! I have a very sick family member who is on multiple medication and unfortunately, some of them are scheduled medications. So while I understand that the DEA is involved Cvs also has its own processes that keep them from ordering these medication's even though they are routine, they will keep my loved one alive, and they are consistently late or they will not give me the prescribed medication as it is prescribed by her physician! She will die without these medication's. I tell them at advance they are due to be filled, they have to order them, they are always late, there is never the same staff there, and the pharmacist had the audacity to imply that I was trying to get them quote "early". Then she had the audacity to say "if we see a pattern we can do tighter controls on them". Yes, I let them know they are due to be filled because invariably they are having to order them and then they don't get them and then we are out of the medication, they can't get the medication, they give me less than the prescription is written for, I could go on and on. The bottom line is they have processes in place that could kill my loved one. The Almighty Cvs , the Almighty pharmacist, that can't follow the prescribing doctors orders!

They sold my husband a faulty rescue inhaler and refused to replace it. Told him to contact the manufacturer. We called and they were very helpful, told him they'd call the pharmacy to authorize a replacement. The pharmacy didn't (wouldn't) answer their phone. My husband had to go back down to the pharmacy, exposing himself to very unsafe air quality levels, and ask them to answer their phone when it rings. After the pharmacist spoke with the manufacturer and rejected every solution the manufacturer offered, the manufacturer agreed to ship a new inhaler to my husband. We should get it in FIVE DAYS.

Lost my iphone at self checkout today and they staff found it and called the "find my phone lost" phone number and returned it to me. They were very helpful and nice. Appreciate honest people!

Boy did they come through. During this snowstorm in Dallas, it was the only thing open that had food. My life has been saved lol. Also they have a beautiful floral department and the layout of the store is really easy to navigate.

I'm not sure why everyone seems to be ragging on this store, because it was great "TO ME". My whole house (6 people) are coughing and sneezing suffering from allergies and sinus infection. I just went there, at 3:30am, and the shopping was a breeze. I picked up some cough medicine (about 100 to choose from), some sinus congestion medicine (about 30 to choose from) and some Gatorade. I couldn't find the kind I wanted so the clerk sent to the back room to get me some. The self-checkout doesn't accept cash, so the clerk checked me out in about 1m flat. Had the items rung up, bagged and change provided. I'm soooo glad that CVS understands that our community still NEEDS a 24hr drug store for the middle-of-the-night OTC emergencies. Thank you for being open at 3:30am on a Saturday morning!!!

worst service ever.ran out of medication and wouldn't check another cvs to help me. can't keep any employees always have to wait on the phone on hold at least 20 minutes before they pick up the phone. Terrible customer service!!

Great store, friendly staff Ken was very helpful. He's doing a great job! This is a hot or miss part of town but they're doing a great job.

Warning: Self checkout only. Machines take longer than human, cause confusion & delays. Long line. Have to wait until technical person arrives if someone has a problem, then they blame the shopper. No baskets to carry around the store to hold items while shopping. Prices often missing. Shelves not adequately stocked. Difficult to find some items. I know this is the future, but I miss Solomon & the other friendly help they used to have. I will go elsewhere.
