Great experience during my most recent interactions with this location of CVS. When I called about my prescription the pharmacy rep was very friendly and proactively looked for coupons to save money on my prescription. She was friendly and able to resolve my questions quickly. The young man at the drive-up window was also professional and quick to ask if we had questions or needed anything else.

At 9pm at location sat 8 2023\\n\\nThe stupid machine of check out was not scanning the lady was not at all friendly. Why could she not check out in the register? Don’t you work in CVS to help when the machines are not scanning correctly your items. But no, wish you still wanted us to use the machine that was malfunctioning and was not really scanning our products.\\nI told you that I prefer to use scan it because the machine was not scanning the products correctly.\\nI wish the worker at that time you that the machine was not scanning my products, and either way she continued for us to use the machine that was giving us a hard time to stay where she could’ve just gone to the register and get it for us like that we wouldn’t have that situation happening. Not good customer service.\\nI did tell her that can we just go to the register for her to scan it but she continued with the machine. I hope somebody in the HR department see the video. And you can judge that everything was scanned in the machine did not scan it. Everything was put in the bag, but the machine did not scan it correctly. ( maybe the machines need to be updated or maybe the customer service should I actually help the person in the counter to be scanned.

Very difficult as well as expensive and no respect for the practice. They're practically drug dealers with power trips over medical necessity.

I am so frustrated with the death of customer service. The CVS website didn't list the vaccine I needed so I called and was told it would be there for my appointment. Got the vaccine and when I called to schedule the booster (also not listed on site), they told me I needed a different vaccine because they gave me the WRONG one the first time! Absolutely unacceptable and potentially dangerous!

This place sucks the pharmacists talk to you like you are stupid or a drug dealer, if they can even talk at all. CvS shouldn't hire people that need tk be in coming to America movies.

The African American man in the button down shirt needs to learn about how customer service works. Rather than allowing the cashier to continue assisting me with my request, he interrupted me and rushed me out, telling me to go to Kroger instead. For absolutely no reason. I've never experienced anything like it. Do better.

The pharmacy's customer service definitely needs improvement. I believe it was the assistant and not the pharmacist, however I am highly dissatisfied. I came here to pick up my flu medicine, already feeling lousy. One of my prescriptions wasn't available there and I asked her where I could get it and she was just rushing to get rid of me. She didn't give me anywhere, forcing me to call around until I found it. She didn't ask if I had questions about ge medicine I was able to purchase. She shoved my medicine at me through the drive through and hung up the phone before I could ask a question. Seemed rushed, which I understand, but still not acceptable. Horrible. Hope she isn't there the next time I need a prescription.

I dropped off a prescription and came back 4 different times, each time they had told me it was ready for pick up. Each time I arrived to pick it up, I was told it was not in stock and ultimately they LOST my prescription. It's unbelievable how a business which human lives depend on, is so careless and incompetent. I would feel much more comfortable getting my prescription filled at the circus. Do Not Go Here.
