Forced by my company to go to CVS, this location 7979 Beltline is the closes for me. CVS in general has always been 7/10 at best for my experience. Mostly CVS.com, notifications, and IT problems. Now its much lower due to plain customer service and staffing. They do not take walk up despite their advertisements. They want you to schedule an appointment however their availability is non existent because the store never pulls up. Other locations are either out of stock, unavailable, or the appt is after 8pm, Been at 7979 Beltline 3 time in the past 2 weeks and denied 3 times. Twice they are under staff and once it was 5 mins before lunch time. Customer service in getting a shot is a joke. No one else waiting in line for anything. I am the solo person at the counter all 3 times. I wish I could move away from CVS all together. I suspect the customer service is the same way at all locations.

This has got to be one of the worst places to visit. Especially the pharmacy. Understaffed. Employees don't care about you or their job. Long long lines. The window is a pain. Can't hear them. Switched meds to new place not CVS related. Done with them.

After three trips coming to this pharmacy, I've decided not to come back. Pharmacist is always slow and the techs are rude and unhelpful.

I ordered 5x7 Christmas cards (same ones were cheaper at Walgreens but I wanted to pick up my order with my Rx). Not only were they not done 3 hours after the estimated time had passed, but nothing was printing and the lady said she just had to wait for the computer to decide to print them. She somehow overrode it, but they printed on paper that was bigger than 5x7, with a big white border. I pointed out that they wouldn't fit in the envelopes, and she suggested I go cut them down to size at home, because they don't have a paper cutter there. ? I just refused them. Save yourself the headache and go to Walgreens (or anywhere else where they can print the right size for you haha). It was laughably bad.

I love the new look of this place and that it replaced an eyesore 7-11 / Gas Station that was here before they changed it over to CVS. Now here is what I don't like... This store is not prepared to handle PCR Covid tests as advertised on the CVS website. When I arrived as scheduled they told me they were short staffed and not doing tests currently. So, I had to go back home and reschedule at another store. Could they not have updated me BEFORE I arrived? Anyway, I wound up at another CVS location and had an outstanding experience.

This CVS location at Coit and Belt Line is fairly new but sadly it is not up to par with other nearby locations. Between various Flu, Shingles and Covid 19 vaccinations over the past two years, i have visited a variety of CVS locations but I have never been to this one. Due to my experience, I would not return to this location. On Sunday I had made an appointment for a Covid booster for Monday, the next day. After making the appointment I decided we should try and get the booster vaccine that day, as I forgot we had a contractor coming to do some work at my house and it might prove difficult to leave. So, I was driving nearby and decided to just stop in and see if I could get the vaccine as a "walk in." I went up to the Pharmacy and explained that I had already made an appointment for the booster shot at this location for tomorrow but wondered if it was possible to get one today? She looked at me like I had two heads! There was a total of two cars in the parking lot and no customers in the entire store. So it certainly wasn't busy. She suggested I try the Coit and Alpha location. It was clear she was not going to do it and with her attitude, I didn't want to be anywhere near her! I left and went to that other Coit/Alpha location and had a completely different experience! Don't think I'll ever be back here!

Worst service ever. Arrived for our appointment 15 minutes before so we could check-in, and vaccination could be ready on time. Fifteen minutes later, we are still waiting and no one seems to care. We had been to two other CVS locations for vaccines, and never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Had appointment to get vaccine but when I arrived they told me to wait. It was 30 mins and I went home without the vaccine because it was a waste of time.

Went here to take a Covid test. The pharmacy staff is terribly slow for no reason. I would highly recommend trying to get in with Walgreens and take your business there instead. I waited 30 minutes with no line sitting outside in the drive through. 15 of the minutes the technician was staring at her screen before I asked if there was a reason it was taking so long. She said my insurance wasn't going through. Rather than ask me for my info. to correctly validate it...she stared at the computer for 15 min! I just don't understand people.

This location is absolutely terrible. I called yesterday regarding questions on how to schedule the vaccine. The man I spoke to had no clue what was going on. When you go to the CVS app it tells you to walk in or schedule your appointment online. With no help from the guy yesterday, I drove to the location. I was told that they had no way to schedule me in the store even though the site says so but I could still get the shot at the location once I left and scheduled online. Make it make sense. I just walked away. I refuse to argue. If you don't know what you are doing just say that. Don't lie.

Jojo at the pharmacy was the main employee working during my time for my vaccination. She was playing the pharmacist, manager, and associate all with a smile on her face. I also observed her being an excellent leader for her coworker behind the pharmacy, providing meaningful guidance and clarity anytime she had a question. It would have been super easy for her to be frustrated, as she was dealing with an upset customer on the phone, but she didn't let it get to her. She managed every situation with grace and truly represented customer service in the best way possible. I was so impressed with not only her ability to multi task, but her attitude throughout the entire process. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE - SHE DOES IT ALL!!

This particular location of CVS has the worst service. Almost all pharmacy staff are very rude and not helpful at all. Very inconsiderate and simply rude to everyone in-line . Also for any services it will take for ever, very slow.

I purchased a drink at this location on 5/12/20. The doors are clearly marked with notices requiring patrons to wear masks. I entered wearing a mask. The cashier was wearing a mask improperly, so that her nose was exposed. Two young women came into the store and asked if they needed to wear masks. The cashier said, "well you are not supposed to but come on in!". Totally unacceptable for a pharmacy of all places during a pandemic.
