Awful customer service. Employees were rude and ignored customers. The cashier at the front desk ignored the long line of customers waiting to check out. Everyone had to wait on the single self-checkout station, which didn't have any bags.

As a whole, CVS Pharmacy is a disaster and cannot properly handle prescriptions. However, I need to shout out the employee Daniela at this location because she is the most competent CVS employee I’ve ever come across. I always feel better when I see her at the store even if I do not need any assistance. Please give her a raise.

My experience at your store. Was fantastic. Your store was clean . Stocked Very Well . The Prices of the Items On Sale. Were Marked Extremely Well. There was No Proble When I was at Checkout. I was asked if I wanted to use my Extra Care Discount. It was a Extremely Happy Experience.

I started going to this CVS for about 4 months now. It's easy, less than a mile from where we moved in. I go to pick up medicines at least twice a month. I've never had a good experience stopping at this store. Whether it's waiting 45 minutes to pick up my medicine. Them telling me it's too early to pick up- with that medicine being on auto refill. My account being messed up in more ways than one; them somehow having the wrong insurance info months into picking up from them and also arguing with me when I say my app is messed up and my refills aren't there when on their side they see two accounts for me but refuse to do anything else.

RUDE PHARMACIST. Called today at 10am and the pharmacist tech wouldn’t transfer prescription. Decided to leave it there to not hassle and she just hung up on me.

I have gone round and round with the pharmacy just trying to transfer my prescriptions there. The end of the conversation is that I need to call my doctor to get prescriptions filled there. I am very frustrated after 5 days of not hearing back and then realizing that I was not given correct information from the beginning. A sympathetic approach to the customer would have been appreciated and an apology for the misinformation. But they blamed my answering machine say it must have cut off too soon when they were talking. Really? I heard the message and it sounded complete. They said they were making the calls needed and would let me know when the prescription was in. I am not really wanting to work with this pharmacy if this is going to be the ongoing pattern. I may just cut my losses and find another pharmacy that communicates well and gives correct instructions.

There drive thru for pharmacy is too slow they take forever. I had to pick my son medicine. It took over 20min. They someone that can be fast in drive Thur.

Went there to up my prescriptions my prescriptions want ready yet whrn my DrCalled it in about 2 hrs earlierI guess they many other prescriptions, unless they dont no what they or they need help.

I’ve been getting my prescription filled here for more than ten years. During the last year it’s way downhill. The always say they are out. My last 30 day supply with 2 refills that was called in was listed as having 0 refills. They said they had called the doctor but I called and they said they sent it as usual with 2 refills and had received no phone calls. I had to keep calling the pharmacist and then called the doctors office again. It was ridiculous. I finally got myy prescription and it once again has 0 refills. When I go back to the doctor I’m changing pharmacies. This one just doesn’t care anymore.

Manager (large lady with glasses) told me and my wife they do not do money orders and have not in a long time eventhough we got one there last week with a different manager. Seems she just did not want to help us. We are LGBT and I felt discriminated against.
