In line at 130 and they shut down and refused to fill my prescription as it was "lunch time". I have to wait and come back despite already being in line. Terrible customer service.

Lyndrika was absolutely and incredibly wonderful in her efforts to help us with our requests. She went above and beyond to resolve my problem! I was looking for a specific otc medication and needed help locating it. Landrika not only located it, but also held it behind it behind the counter for me! I am so impressed with her customer service and dedication to resolving my need. Honestly this cvs goes above and beyond, as Landrika did for me. I am so utterly impressed. If you have a choice, go to this cvs, as is evident by my helpful and dedicated experience with the staff (i.e. Landrika) at this cvs. I cannot thank Landrika and this cvs enough…I am so appreciative of their above and beyond efforts to aid me in my needs!

This location was organized, Clean, Fully stocked, the staff were extremely helpful and checked me out at the self checkout. They have 2 entrances on the North and South side. I understand why some of the items were locked and require assistance in order to open as there is a huge population of homeless people in Downtown streets from the previous years we visited Dallas Downtown.
Downtown is a beautiful place to see as it has a lot to offer and lots of sight seeing.

10/10 experience with this pharmacy. Melissa and the lead pharmacist were so helpful and knowledgable. Im proud to call this location my pharmacy because of them. Their service and kindness is above and beyond. Hands down the best pharmacy experience i have had to date. Will be back to see them and looking forward to it.

I Just walked in to see If I could get a prescription filled. The young woke pharmacist must be judgemental. She sent me to another pharmacy several miles away because she has no Idea what real customer service is. I came back to this review and edited it to 5 stars, because of the customer service I received from Tigist. Thank you cvs for employing people like her.
