I stopped by this morning and there was a “ver nice” employee helping me at the self checkout. I used my debit card, and she never turned her head when I put my PIN number, which seemed awkward to me, but I didn’t make a big deal about it. Next thing I know, my bank contacted me, because someone in Arkansas was using my card, and actually was charged with almost 300 dlls, so be careful everybody

Horrible CVS. The pharmacy is slow and unprofessional. They double charged my wife for a vaccine and she’s been fighting with insurance for months to try to get it taken care of. They did the same thing to my mom when she went there. I’m not convinced it’s not an intentional strategy by the location at this point. There was also one time I had a question about my medication for the pharmacist and she refused to stop working from her station and had me yell my question across the room which felt really unprofessional. The lines are often 20+ minutes and they won’t have the “to-go” attendant help people in the store even if there’s no cars.
All of the merchandise is locked which is extremely inconvenient and of course the staff at this location is never around to help. On a side note unrelated to this location, this might be one of the dumbest strategies to fight shoplifting I’ve seen. I wonder how much they lose from lost sales of customers not wanting to deal with it versus how much is actually shoplifted.
In summary, avoid this spot if you can.

I ordered wall tiles during a promotion and was super excited to get them up on my wall! Unfortunately, the order was not completed by the due date and then just never completed at all. I never received any communication on the order cancellation and it took 15 minutes of being on hold before anyone could get me answers. Don't have a reason to come back if I can't get what I paid for. 🤷♂️

Why did y'all plant a bush on the lemon exit y'all want us to die coming out of there you can't see to get out of here. There's an entrance on McKinney site but come in through there going 60 like it's a street. Y'all aren't looking out for people at all why would you put a damn bush and a sign where y'all know ppl need to see to leave.

It shouldn't take three phone calls about a prescription for you to tell the customer the medication is on back order and that you can't fill it.

Really like the pharmacists and staff at this location but CVS is awful. You can’t even talk to a pharmacist and have to leave a voicemail. Disgusting customer service for a pharmacy that is a corporate decision.

The Google Maps entry says pharmacy open until 8pm Saturday but it closes at 6pm.

I called to verify they had the medicine in stock before it was called in. Because it’s a controlled substance, it can not be transferred. The man confirmed the brand and mg was in stock. Later I called to check status, & was automated informed, it’s not in stock. That’s it. 3 calls, the last was 30 mins. And the pharmacy never picked up. How completely unprofessional and such a gross display of unacceptable customer service by CVS. AFTER THIS, YOU’LL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME.
