Kat the Mgr at the pharmacy is the best in the metroplex! He's professional, smart, very patient, and is sincere about helping people. I was having issues with a Target cvs pharmacy. Their Mgr expected me to take horse size pills given I had a three month prescription. The supplier had changed sizes. I called CVS and met Kat over the phone. He said he'd help me get the smaller size I had been taking. He did, ASAP. Unfortunately I switched toWalgreens because my insurance changed. The store manager at this CVS is also top notch. He's always smiling, working hard and willing to assist willingly whenever I need help.

I love the cashiers in the front, this complaint is about the pharmacy. They're inconsistent, somewhat rude, and will not value your time. When I can see your rep through the window watching me wait in my car, I shouldn't have to click the button, again, to have her help only to be exceedingly rude and short with me. I will be filing a complaint with corporate because this location is like a monkey; it flings shit at you when you get too close. Update: Walgreens will help you if you're quarantined with coronavirus and need to simply purchase a product through the pharmacy window so as to not infect other people. This pharmacy will timidly tell you they can't help you, which is not true because the other CVS let me come by.

I'm just moved here from Tampa FL I have had to be on hold for the pharmacy as long as 30 min or more. I have requested several times that they update my information and get rid of back info from Tampa FL still have not done anything so when I try to pick up my prescription they continue to have wrong info lost my health insurance how does that happen when we are here every month picking up prescription and all of the sudden this month no insurance on file. Then told would not take my insurance at drove through because I was holding off line had to come in and do my husband is still in there after 30 mintues. I quit going to get a better place you lost my bio.

The CVS associates @ this location are, in my opinion, the porridge that Goldilocks chose; they are juuuuust right. The pharmacy guy helped me find some readers (bc i couldn't see jack squat as my REAL Rx glasses broke - -ok yeah I broke them by sitting on them). Sooo they were all so patient with my blind @$$. I think the world of them because I can be very difficult. (Know thyself --- big #!%*ing sigh.).

Overnight pharmacist kind of rude. I have took prescriptions there late at night before since they are the only ones open 24 hours by Childrens hospital, but tonight I was told it would be 45 mins for Tamiflu?? When the store was empty and I didn’t see anyone waiting outside. I took my prescriptions back so I could get them filled in the am. I mean it’s already 2 am might as wait till they open closer to home?? He gladly gave them back to me too. You might as well close this pharmacy at 8 pm too.

***WARNING: 20 minute + wait time every time I call this pharmacy. I'm aware it's not any of the pharmacists fault, however when is management going to properly staff this location for better customer service???

This pharmacy is convenient for me because it is close. But service is bad, especially phone calls. Each time I call to check on a prescription or ask a question, I'm on hold for a very very long time, at least 15 minutes and sometimes as long as 30 minutes. Just to ask a question. And each time they say "they're really busy." No apology, no understanding for being on hold for so long. Terrible.

Extremely rude overnight pharmacist. Find another Cvs. She wasted 30 minutes of my time telling me to wait at the drop off window and then never acknowledged me.

Do you have an hour to hold on the phone when you need to see if a rx is ready? Or when you need to speak with the pharmacy technician? ... it doesn’t matter the time of day or day of the week, every time you try to call there is an hour wait! With a pharmacy as big as cvs - you would think they appreciate their customers more and would hire enough help that this is not a COMMON issue. Come on CVS- the amount you make on rx s - give a better customer service experience and spend the extra $15-20 to hire an pharmacy technician so this is not the experience!

Horrible pharmacy. It’s impossible to get through on the phones and they put two of my prescriptions on automatic refill after I specifically requested that they don’t. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, undertrained, or both, but avoid the pharmacy if you have any other options.

Overnight pharmacist was unprofessional rude and after dropping off a prescription said it would be 6hrs to fill? If service is this bad definitely should close at 8pm!!

This is my local CVS and I go pretty frequently for multiple things. The staff is always helpful. Bianca is very knowledgeable about all the different products they offer and has great suggestions. You might feel uncomfortable with some of the things purchased at the drug store, but I urge you to ask them anything as they will get you the scoop on the products. Another great example of how helpful the staff is; I was walking around with an item that was very heavy and Tasha generously carried it to the front for me. She saw me struggling and took action. Always a great experience when I go. -Sarah-

This has got to be the worst CVS experience in the country. The women working the front counter couldn't be bothered working. They had a sh**y attitude, couldn't give a crap about the customer, and acted like it was my favor they assisted.

Literally the WORST place ever. They lose your prescription, lie to you and never have anything stocked. If you need a prescription, do not go here. This is the worst place ever and the WORST people. Customer service doesn't exist. I've tried to alert corporate but they don't care. Boycott CVS.

This is about the minute med clinic. When I arrived it was an hour before closing. I registered. The wait time was listed at "36 minutes", well within the closing time. At 7:30pm, I still hadn't been seen. I knocked on one of the doors to ask if they were going to see me. I was told to wait. 5 minutes later I was told they would not see me. I was told by the doctor that I must have "cheated the system" by registering and that I should come back tomorrow morning. Waste of time. Worthless. They shouldn't have allowed me to register if they were that far behind schedule. Can't stand that place. My first time to one of those clinics. Only went there because I'm from out of town and Kaiser recommended it.

Mahnoosh at check out was very helpful at helping me get the coupons I need to get the best value. She was a special treat to me dog too.

Apparently not open 24 hours. I suppose no one at cvs corporate actually confirms the employee on night shift stays at work.

I called to speak to the minute clinic. I was transferred to the pharmacy. The first pharmacist was not aware of the services they provided and originally told me they didn't offer the service I needed until I informed him it says they do on their website. Since he could not answer my question, another pharmacist took over the line. He was very rude. He would not answer any questions that were just standard questions and had a huge attitude. I eventually found the answers on their webpage.

There is a very limited selection in the cleaning products unlike at Walgreens. Everything else is in plentiful supply but if you need anything to help with cleaning or smells you are in trouble.

Rosely and Matt were amazing— doctors called in a prescription last minute and they expedited the process so I can get home to my sick baby. Thank you truly.

I scheduled ahead a visit for the minute clinic ended up having to wait an hour after my scheduled time to see a nurse. The whole point of minute clinic is time efficiency, if I wanted to wait an hour I would have gone to see a GP.

4 stars because asian girl at the pharmacy was FANTASTIC! she told me about Good RX, an app that finds you coupons for cheaper prescriptions, and helped me get my medicine for cheaper. Leaving out that last star because when I called once to check it my prescription was ready, the pharmacist answered the phone and yelled "DID WE CALL YOU?' I said "no, but you didn't call me last time when it was ready" to which he responded 'OKAY THEN" and hung up. Not CVS's fault tho.

Went in with poison ivy and thought this visit would be the fastest relief possible. It was! I really was able to quickly make an online appointment and get in for a script that they called into the pharmacy. Walked right over to the pharmacy and they had my scripts filled in minutes. Yes! Best decision, I THOUGHT! Day-5 I was out of ointment that I'm supposed to apply for 14 Days. So I called the pharmacy for a refill, but was told Minute Clinic does NOT do refills and that I would need to schedule ANOTHER visit. For ointment. Where I was NOT prescribe enough. Understandably not the pharmacist fault, but gave me a number to escalate. Called the Minute Clinic hotline to explain i am seeing results and do feel relief, but need more ointment as I didn't have enough to get through the weekend. The gentlemen I spoke with agreed that I was not given enough as the diagram showed most of my body was covered with poison ivy. He said he'd forward my message to the Minute Clinic and they would call me. Two days later, no call, no ointment, and I'm miserable AF, and now it's spreading. Thankfully I got into see my doc that prescribed me more ointment. BUT now my health insurance won't pay for it until after the 14 days as the Minute Clinic prescription was written for fourteen days. I had to pay the full price for the script and another co-pay to see a doc again. I will NEVER go back!!! Save your time and money!!

I am truly not one to complain... but this morning was an absolute disaster and hopefully this will spark some change. My sister is terribly ill and we were desperate to get her to a doctor. First in line and physically present at 9 Am. No doctor. Waiting 15 minute and still no one. Start asking the pharmacist and store associates if they know when the doctor will be coming in. Blamed day light savings... Literally no one knows, and no one cares. We wait until 9:30 AM, still no one there. We try to check the other CVS minute clinic on their app... app says all clinics are closed on Sunday, including the one we are checked into!! Because the app says all clinics are closed, we are unable to to see wait times or even if minute clinic is open. We resort to calling each store - disaster.

The Pharmacy is always helpful and efficient. Even when they make a mistake it gets cleared up in a hurry.

I've been here a few times for varying issues and have never had a negative experience. Sure, sometimes you may be in for a long wait, but it's not that hard to go online ahead of time and "save" your place in line. I have seen the same doctor/NP (can't remember what she is) every time I have been there, and she's great. She's thorough and listens to all of my concerns.

My review is about the minute clinic. My wife fell ill a few days ago. After a day of not getting better she went to the minute clinic as she works very close by. The 'doctor' was very rude to my wife and lacked professionalism. She diagnosed her with the flu then made her feel dumb for taking mucinex and dayquil at the same time (we are not doctors). I say 'doctor' as she is actually an NP but seem to thrive on undermining doctors as she made rude comments about a friend who is an M.D. and who described my wife particular medication for an unrelated medical issue. On top of that she urged my wife to have me come in for a visit and preventive medicine. I have checked with a few MDs that are friends who all seem to agree that there is no preventive medicine given for the flu. So she either does not know her medicine or she is trying to line her pockets. But the cherry on the cake is that I actually swang by yesterday at 7.05 trying to see her. I was quickly greeted with a rude notion that she wouldn't see me anymore that day... the minute clinic closes at 7.30. Best part? Even the pharmacist told me that the NP is rude and acts all the time like that. Will go to a regular doctor next time, I don't need this holier than thou behavior!

The Registered Nurse on staff would not clean the wax out of my ears after waiting 45 minutes because she might get sick. She told me mockingbird had no wait and she would call ahead. When I arrived it was an hour wait and my name was not on the list. Not everyone is well suited for the career they choose to pursue. The nurse was kind, but she should consider another line of work.
