I have en email saying free Covid shots and the pharmacist turned me away when i got there and then hung up on me today. Extremely rude pharmacy. Would not recommend.

The technician who answered the phone was rude and refused to answer if a particular medication was in stock.

I just left the pharmacy after being told I wouldn't be able to pick up my medication because the pharmacy was closed. I got in line to pick up my prescription well before 8pm and the pharmacy tech refused to give me my prescriptions even though she had noticed me in line and had said she would be right with me. I am currently on my way to the hospital now to get a nights worth of seizure medicine because of this.

Guest pharmacist was incompetent, dangerous, and does not practice safely. Reported to CVS management and reported to the Board of Pharmacy. It wasn't even that complicated.

Terrible is the word. The staff can say whatever they want to you without reprimand. I came in one day after a grueling day on my lunch break to pick up my child's prescription and the cashier at the pharmacy was the worst. I had to pick up pull-ups, tissue, soap, and drinks as all my children did not feel well. The cashier stated she will give me my prescription but she is not ringing me up. I informed her manager, (he asked after being informed) "what is the problem?" Why do I want all of these things? Wow it was the worst. Then I asked for the store manager he came and rung me up but was throwing my things everywhere. I contacted customer support and no one reached back out. This is the worst CVS I have been to. Today I called because they are still filling prescription that I have since move to a different pharmacy. I was told by the staff on the phone, I need to take that up with the doctor. What? The doctor is sending my prescription to the correct pharmacy. It is CVS who needs to stop the auto refill I have canceled 15 times now. If you want terrible service this is the pharmacy for you.

I’ve been a customer of CVS for several years me and my mother and my girlfriend and immediately when I walked in with my girlfriend, I would love loud intercom they posted we need security code, Bestgate that all that we were on and we had security walking around and I told her shoplifters entire time it was a humiliating experience and I’m glad everybody know but I’m also calling the store manager and I pictures in photos back up where I was that when I was there and everything do not Go

Best CVS I've ever been to the employees are nice and patient and helpful the Manger mr.Ed is so nice and one of the employees she was nice her name is Ms.Jacole I highly recommend a raise for both of them I will bring my dog in sometimes and the staff gives him treats 10/10 will come again ???

I called earlier to check to see if my prescription was at that location. I was immediately put on hold and waited 30 minutes before giving up. I called back and have currently been on hold for almost an hour. An answer to my question would take last than a minute.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this CVS was so dreadful, I'm motivated to do so. I have rarely had such a horrible shopping experience. Not only are they understaffed, the employees were absolutely uncaring, impatient, and rude. I was in line to buy a handful of Christmas gift cards, and an attendant barked at me to use the salf checkout. After indicating I had a bunch of giftcards, he again pointed to the self checkout. After having to have the same attendant unlock the register after the 3rd, 4th, and then 5th gift card, he barked "you have too many giftcards. You need to go to the main register." OK. I walked over to the line I was originally in, at which time the checker, with earbuds in and without looking up, walked away. I had to wait several minutes for the same original employee to plod over to the register. After the 11th gift card (after scanning my ID twice and verifying my credit card), got an error for which he needed a manager. It took another several minutes to find a manager and work out that I was buying too many gift cards (is that even a thing?). He cleared my tab and told me "10 is the max", and they both walked away without an apology and opportunity to purchase two batches of giftcards on two separate credit cards. I'm never going to this CVS ever again, and I encourage everyone to steer clear until CVS supports customer-focused employees.

This is the worst CVS I have ever seen! They didn't follow the first come first serve rule. The manager whose name is MONEST asked me to wait for 20mins she has to clean up, she has to do other things and etc. With those time for explaining, she can just helped me with my return. But she’s just keeping on talking without doing real service and she said she’s busy. Really can’t understand. Please DO NOT shop in this store! I will complain the manager MONSET!!! THE WOSRST!!!!!
