Wish I could do 0 stars!!!! Where’s the customer service? It’s non existent at this place. My dr sent a 90 supply for prescription at my request because the refills come really fast and cvs sends the reminder notifications really late for refills. I called a week in advance to check on my rx, a gentleman I spoke with said they were out of stock but would be ready by today for the 90 day supply, I took my last pill today. I received a text about my rx being ready but only 28 day supply. I call and the lady said they didn’t have enough so only filled for 28. That’s not what my rx is written for. I’m out of my rx and she said I’d have to wait a few more days or told me I had to call another cvs and have them transfer it. You guys have my rx and it’s your fault. Why wouldn’t you call? Why would I have to call to fix something you all messed up? Horrible service!

With 55 minutes until closing time, the pharmacist refused to give me a vaccination because she had too much to do before closing time. There was no one in line or waiting for a prescription. She was just lazy. I’ve been using this CVS for about six years. Ridiculous and rude.

I never cared to switch pharmacies because I always thought they were of the same quality but this one is forcing me to switched. All the staff are in a bad mood and make you wait in between ever small task. Ws told that they didn't carry the medication after waiting in line. Just saw they have other horrible reviews so this makes sense. There are kids of pharmacies in under a mile radius pick a different one.

One of the most unethical pharmacist works here that would said his name, is Kinney? When he is on duty, and I have to pick up prescriptions there is always chaos. Or excuses, you will have to come back in an hour. I said, you told me over the phone it would be ready. I think the problem is. He would rather give covid shots than help the customers. He doesn't represent CVS, and does what he wants. He said he is the Manager of this Pharmacy and has authority to fill or not fill prescriptions. He said he is suppose to give covid vaccines before anything else. I took my friend to get a Covid test and Kinney is being disrespectful to a customer and discussing his prescriptions details out in the open where everyone can here him. We decided to leave since we have had a horrible time too many times at this location. Anytime prior to a year ago, I never had any problems at this location. Myself and some of the employees of my company that have used this pharmacy and store have all decided to transfer our prescriptions to either Kroger or Walgreens, and you can Thank Kinney or whatever his name really is for losing 1000s of dollars in revenue. This pharmacy has been extremely helpful with transferring medications from another location and have had my medications ready in a timely manner with friendly over the phone assistance.

Worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They put my prescription on hold for over a week without notifying me. When I called I was on hold for someone to answer for 27min!!!! Before going in and then being told there was no reason for the hold but it’d take 2-3 hours to be filled.Seriously save yourself the trouble and send your prescription literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! There is a constant flow of new people working there, and there is always something that goes wrong, or was misunderstood which is super frustrating. Some of them have bad attitudes as well, which isn't helpful. In addition- the pharmacist left me without my much needed pain medication when I was going to visit my family in Europe. (I have arthritis and a lot of pain in my hips and legs which makes it hard to walk- I'm having a hip replacement next week). He claimed that the doctor had denied it- which was false!!! I spoke to my doctor and he said that he had NOT denied a refill, and was going to call the pharmacy as I was on my way to the airport. However- they didn't pick up the phone! So I asked the pharmacist to call my doctor- which he never did- then closed the pharmacy for lunch. I had to travel to Europe and spend 2 weeks there in extreme pain. What a horrible experience. Don't go there. There are much, much better pharmacies in Dallas.

Everyone who enters is guilty of theft until proven innocent - there’s so much security that it does the opposite of its intention. Makes sense though. Other than that it’s pretty much your normal CVS.

If y'all not gonna actually open at 7am.. just say it and change your hours versus wasting the time of us people who stop by here on our way to work and your doors are never open in the 7am hour so annoying and a waste of time.

I ordered a canvas for pickup. Got the email that it's ready. Also got an alert on credit card app that it was charged on. Went to pick it up. They couldn't find my order. After searching for awhile, they said the canvas printing machine is broken, got my phone number and said they would call back.Never got a call back.Called them a few days later. They said their machine is still down. What was even worse is their lack of concern during my interaction with them. Not even a sorry, but rather a "I told you the machine is broken, I can't do nothing about it". When I explained that I literally got the email that my order is ready for pickup, they basically shrugged their shoulders.Whoever manages this place needs to train their employees better in just knowing how to do their job (they were fumbling around trying to find photo orders, looking in various places) not to mention reasonable customer service. I was even given someone else's order in a box and was asked, is it this one? (It had someone else's name on it). I rarely write reviews, but this place is so shockingly bad that I was compelled to.

Everyone in the pharmacy, including the pharmacist, have always gone above and beyond to fill our prescriptions in a timely manner. Everyone always have a great attitude. They always have a ? on their face. The pharmacy has ALWAYS had the medication to fill all of our prescriptions. This is one reason I drive from border of Rockwall and Garland. I prefer this location and pharmacy over all others. I big "THANK YOU" to all the employees at this CVS. You all deserve Recognition and a Bonus.

They're all the same but this is one of the worst. No wonder they're closing stores. Dirty, empty shelves and associates no where to be found. And if they are, they're not friendly.
