Carlos, the pharmacist is always so kind, thoughtful and helpful. He always provides excellent customer service and always does with a smile. I love coming to this CVS Y MAS because of this excellent service I receive. In addition, the staff inside have always proven helpful when I go inside and I'm looking for something. However, Carlos always goes above and beyond by helping me look for the item if I am unable to find it and is always so pleasant at drive-thru.

This is the best CVS I have gone to this far! All of the employees, including the pharmacy workers are super friendly, well-spoken, and attentive. The atmosphere is awesome and comfortable. The whole store is very modern, beautiful, and extremely clean. The parking lot is very big, spacious, and functional. Highly recommended this CVS!

Everyone be aware, I purchase a item that was close to 100 dollars. The self service kiosk did not print a receipt, so I asked for one in case the item was damage. I was given a copy of the receipt and told by the shift manager that the company had a no return policy. The policy was not posted on the self-service kiosk or at the entrance. After I complained the manager, she told an employee to take the only one posted at one cash register, make copies, and post it. The following day I call the store manager (109460), Cristina, who refused to make an exception even though the item was seal (not opened), and the policy was not posted at all registers as it should have been. She lied about the policy being posted every where and told me to take the matter where ever I wanted because she was not taking the item in return.
