I was able to speak to someone over the phone at this CVS a month ago to request they cancel one prescription they had just filled but insurance wouldn't cover and to request the transfer of another medication with refills remaining from a nearby Walgreens. I've left multiple voice messages since and even tried communicating through the CVS app to no avail. The prescription I've requested multiple times to cancel still shows available in my prescription list and the transferred prescription hasn't been done with no one returning my calls to explain why.

Slow and never pulled together. Old and run down. Customer service is nonexistent. Double check they have your updated insurance. They will just process Rx without a second thought or double checking. Not to mention their computers seem out dated and over all service is horrible. They just go through the motions and not looking out for the customer.

The last time I came here it was with broken ribs and the first man I talked to was so rude he made me cry. I told myself I wouldn’t come back here again but I needed a prescription I knew my regular pharmacy couldn’t get to me as quickly. It was put through by my doctor, I received an automated message saying they couldn’t fill my prescription and that my doctor could not be contacted regarding the issue with it and to call my provider. I did so only to find out they had already called and fixed the issue, and so I called the pharmacy to which they told me that despite what the website said about the status of my prescription it would be ready at 2pm. I came by close to 4pm and they hadn’t even filled it yet. So I waited 30 minutes until I got a message it was ready and then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes just in the drive thru!! All for me to finally get up to the window and no one can find my prescription. Took them another 15 just to hand it to me at the window. I don’t want to be a Karen, but don’t come here, just go to another CVS

The worst experience ever with CVS. I dropped my prescription off Thursday at 6:30 was told my prescription couldn’t be filled until following day. Went back Friday around the same time and was told upon picking up my insurance couldn’t be ran due to the pharmacist being busy! Charles was very rude threatening to call to police when I told him I would wait at pick up window until he ran my insurance. He slammed the window took my insurance card with him and left me sitting for 15min. I went inside to retrieve my insurance card and prescription! This place is so unfriendly and not organized at all not sure why my insurance couldn’t be verified at the time of drop off or pick up. I waited 24hr and still had to go to another cvs to get my prescription filled. I suggest the one on Camebell rd and Hillcrest after taking my prescription to them they filled it in 5min and had a way better experience in less that 15min.

The store says open till 11 but was closed before hrs. And all the lights were left on to make it seem kill the store was open. There were a lot of people waiting outside...at least change the status on good to closed....

BEWARE! Do NOT use this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the staff were absolutely rude, incompetent and horrible communication skills. I am shocked and horrified with this behavior. The incorrect medication, had both myself and daughter under same name and DOB. When you call you can't talk to anybody, just leave a message. I was in the hospital and did not know better when the ER doctor sent in my scripts. Please, please beware and use a different CVS or better yet, use Walgreens!

I’m absolutely shocked by the way the pharmacist spoke to my fiancée over the phone. He was rude, unprofessional, and frankly, didn’t seem very competent. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he had a thick accent—that’s the only distinguishing detail I remember.
What makes this even more bizarre is that my fiancée wasn’t calling with a complaint; she was simply returning their call. Yet, from the moment he answered, he was immediately disrespectful and wouldn’t even let her speak. She handled it much more gracefully than I would have.
To make matters worse, someone has been refilling a prescription in her name fraudulently. She tried to explain this to him, but he either couldn’t comprehend what she was saying or just didn’t care. This pharmacy has already been made aware of the issue, so if they continue to fill fraudulent prescriptions, I will be reporting them to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

They are incredibly slow at the pharmacy, when they decide to help you at all.
I would never go here if they didn’t have my medication.

Upon arrival, there was a mistake that they usually correct with a phone call and no prescriptions were ready. When I reminded them they could call the other store they told me it would take hours. The laziness and attitude are unacceptable. The rude behavior is unacceptable. This behavior has always been present here. This is the only CVS I have ever been to where this unprofessional and unacceptable behavior is allowed. CVS evidently does not care that this location is costing them business. They have lost mine.

He heard me groaning on the pain Isle and stepped right in to help.
Why the back pain meds are on the bottom self I will never understand, clearly whoever put them there has never had back pain?
Thank God for Ethan, though.. He stepped in right on time and grabbed those meds for me!
