The ladies at the Pharmacy today were so nice and efficient. They were amazing. We also found the best stuff in their seasonal aisle and it had a huge variety.

This store is filthy and needs to be updated top to bottom. There is so much wrong with this location. I was in the area and wanted something to drink. I ran into CVS thinking I'd see a drink display in the front like I see at other locations, but there wasn't one so I had to go toward the right side of the store to the coolers. I observed the floors on the way over and became so distracted by them I decided to leave. There was no reason for the store to be so unkept like this. Please do better by the people in this community. They deserve a well kept, up-to-date store just like anyone else did any place else.

Every single time in the pharmacy it’s something, I have little kids in my home and I prefer the medicine stopper in my child medicine, over the years I’ve notice the stop helps prevent spills and it’s an extra safety net, while also allowing you to get all the medication out the bottle , EVERY SINGLE TIME , they tell me they don’t have it , once I was told this didn’t exist, well today I politely asked for the stoppers and b4 looking to see if they were in stock I was told “we don’t carry those “ I stated “yes I get this all the time , can you just look “ she proceeded to tell me how to use the measurement cup , I told her that’s not what I asked for , MY THING IS , why I can’t have what I’m asking for to make it easier in my household, I don’t know if the workers don’t want to be there or they just don’t care , but in a environment where you offer an service to the customer, there should be better services , it’s already medication , meaning someone is already going through whatever they need the medication for , WHY MAKE IT HARDER ? they act as if they are taking the items home . Like girl give me them stoppers and go home and take a nap cause apparently you woke up on the wrong side of the bed , the Nigerian lady .. and this is EVERY SINGLE TIME WITH HER ! I don’t need you to tell me how to use the measurement cup I need stoppers bc that’s what I’m asking for !! This is the one that’s closer to my home but i absolutely hate this pharmacy and if you can avoid them PLEASE DO SO !

The CVS store on 17410 Marsh Lane has several issues that must be given attention to. First, the store itself is run down inside and out. The shelves are not stocked and with many items and the spaces that have no items are so rusty. The floors are stained and not cleaned which is absolutely mind blowing. The pharmacy employees are one of my biggest issues they are RUDE and lack customer service! I received a call 3 weeks ago about my father’s prescription and a woman said we needed to come pick up his prescriptions. My father passed December 19, 2023 and I actually went to the CVS to tell them that he passed the same day because they had a prescription ready for him and they said they would remove him but obviously they didn’t I told the lady that he passed away and she said I’m sorry and hung up in my face!! Today, 1/4/2025. I walked in to pick up my prescription and the young lady who was wearing a Hijab wouldn’t allow me to give my name to search in the computer for my prescription before she spoke over me asking for my name and date of birth fast in a hurry up tone. The young lady was abrupt, rude, curt. She also tried to be insulting when I asked her about the CVS closing a few stores. All in all this CVS this store is absolutely terrible!!! The employees are not friendly and the pharmacy staff are TERRIBLE!!!! If CVS management is reading this you really, really need to do an undercover boss at this location for a week. Truthfully, It will only be 24 hours for you to see the issues that I am writing about. I will not fill anymore of my prescriptions at this CVS or any CVS stores. I have been a customer for more that 10 years but no longer. CVS if you don’t care anymore about your customers and customer service then close this location down too!!!

How is it possible that you have two medications both refilled monthly and they are never ready at the same time even though they are picked up on the same day and on the same frequency? It is maddening to wait in that line only to find out only one is ready. Is this a periodic event? No, it is almost every month even though I talk to the tech about it every time.

So I went into the pharmacy to buy some chocolates. But then I had to use the rest room. What a huge mistake! What a disgusting, deplorable, degrading experience. I had to go number 2 very urgently and before I even sat on the toilet I realized I was in trouble. The toilet seat was sticky from piss and God knows what else, and there was no paper towels or toilet paper. At this time of night 9:15 pm the 2 associates were up front so I couldn't leave the bathroom and go up front to ask for toilet paper so I had to put my pants back on without wiping the shit from my asshole. So.... I put my pants on with shit in it and went up front and told the associates how disgusting the bathroom was. They told me we cleaned it earlier. I said have you looked at it lately? No they replied. I said I am going to write a bad review when I go home. They said good maybe things will change around here. That's nice. Who ever the manager or owner is of this place I hope you experience this experience I had to go through ten fold. You nasty pig. Folks stay away from this CVS!

When you google the cvs on marsh ln it says they close at 11pm. They close at 8pm M-F and 6pm Sat. Ie found this out the hard way twice. They need to get their information updated. I will not go to this cvc again. Transferred to one that’s open 24/7 .You can’t even speak to a pharmacist directly. You have your leave a number and wait 3 or 4 hours. Plus they close at 8pm and I needed the prescription for an out of town trip. Definitely transferring everything to a 24 hour CVS.

Had difficulties with pharmacy and they were terrible in resolving anything related to my situation. Awful customer service as well. Manager was rude and unhelpful along with the pharmacy staff. I will never go there again.

Usually fills my rxs within an hour. Friendly service. Even helped push my car when it wouldn't start while in the drive thru! Dead battery!
