If I could give zero I would. The pharmacy sent me home with un mixed medicine for my children so I had to drive 30 minutes back to the pharmacy at night because no one will pick up the phone. Worst experience ever please find another pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to, more than an hour waiting for pills, they are unprofessional and racist, especially the Hindu who is there as a pharmacist. Should the senior managers at CVS pack them in a little box and send them to India. Hire people with human quality.

Worst pharmacy. My son and I are both sick. His prescription was sent in on Thursday and it is now Sunday. I have been feeling really sick and haven't been able to get up until today. Have been giving my son over the counter medication. Went to pick up his prescription today (Sunday) and they told me that his prescription is not ready. Another worker chimed in and said they've been out of the medication for 3 weeks and that I need to transfer my prescription. I don't understand why they didn't call me to tell me this on Thursday or Friday.

Open 24 hours, this particular CVS is great. I've ever ad any trouble with staff, getting supplies and getting my medications filled quickly.

There are times where the people at this CVS really try. And others where they drop the ball. Example, we were prescribed an antacid which they said would cost $300 and not covered by insurance. What they didn't bother to say was that this is also an over-the-counter med that we could have bought for $13 on aisle 6.They always seem overwhelmed and understaffed so I don't want to call out the hard workers there. It must be Store Management or CVS policies that are contributing.Disappointed in you CVS.

This is so frustrating having to listen to a voice mail when calling to check on a prescription that was sent yesterday and can not speak to a rep then have to drive 15 mins to find out what's going on with your prescription!! Wish I could give no stars!!!

Terrible service. Routine medications out of stock consistently and when they tell you they ordered it, that means weeks before you get it. And no one contacts the customer with any updates.

This is the worst CVS. My dentist called in my antibiotics over 8 hours ago because I had some major mouth surgery. Here it is 8 pm and still no prescription. These people are the worst. I wish my insurance allowed me to use another pharmacy. I sure hope I do not get an infection. I guess I will have to wait for tomorrow to get my pain medication and antibiotics. Very angry ? ?.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Drove 15 minutes to get here since this is the only pharmacy with the medicine I needed. After waiting for ten minutes I asked if they can fill a prescription and they told me there are people behind me so I should come back in fifteen minutes for them to TELL me if they can fill my prescription. Went back, they said come back in an hour. They don’t know if they can fill it?? They promised to call in the hour with an answer on if they would fill it and the cost… Not only have I not heard from them but they won’t answer the phone. Do not come here even if you have to.

After days of waiting for a prescription to be “delivered” Pharmacy lost my prescription then gaslighted me saying that it never existed despite having concrete proof that it existed only 1 hour before. Pharmacists tried to ignore me and would not even admit their obvious mistake.

Extremely frustrated with this location. I have been trying to call just to see if an important prescription was received and when if will be ready but for some reason this cvs forwards you to a voicemail forcing you to leave a voicemail for someone to call back. With this type of business this is not accommodating to your customers. Customers should be able to call and inquire about their medications without being forced to talk to a voicemail. Get rid of the voicemail system it doesn’t help.
