walked around the store multiple times looking for someone who worked there. Finally had to ask the pharmacy to page someone- neither photo orders ready. One order they didn't know when would be ready because the printer wasn't working... when was anyone going to inform me? They didn't have the other order in the Que at all.

i like the store and location, this was originally an ECKARDS before it became a Canadian Value Store a long time ago. CVS doesn't have good service. I didn't like the aggressive corporate mooching and aggressive spam they sent me. I would tell them the dog ate my credit card and guard my personal info from the giant A.I. octopus and go shark mode, the octopus's worst enemy, CVS needs the help of GOD good orderly direction to fix their customer service mess and dump the unreliable check out machines that are extremely user unfriendly. they are too expensive for people who are uninsured. CVS needs to get with it! I didn't find much value at CVS nor did seem worthwhile.

The Campbell and Hillcrest location - excellent service provide by Rita. She is caring and always professional with a smile every week that I visit the store and she is there just make the experience more pleasurable. Keep up the good work.

From the moment I stepped into CVS going to utilize their Pharmacy, I was taken aback by the warmth and enthusiasm emanating from the associates. Abbas, the welcoming associate, greeted me with such zeal that for a moment, I felt as if I had walked into a Chick-fil-A! His cheerful "Welcome to CVS" resonated with me, reminding me of the value of genuine human interactions which, sadly, seems to be dwindling in our fast-paced world.Equally commendable was my experience with Minh, the pharmacy associate. His extensive knowledge, paired with a genuinely kind and reassuring demeanor, ensured that I was both confident in the accuracy of my medication and satisfied with its pricing. It is rare to find an associate who can combine expertise with genuine care in such a seamless manner.In an era where personal touch often takes a backseat, CVS Pharmacy – through associates like Abbas and Minh – has managed to keep the spirit of genuine service alive. I am grateful for the outstanding experience and will undoubtedly return, not just for the products, but for the remarkable service as well.

Went there Sunday morning. I was asking the girl working there questions about minute clinic and you would of thought I was talking to myself. I finally said I’m talking to you. She just didn’t want to hear me. Very rude.

We used to shop at CVS a lot. Their prices have become so outrageous that the only thing we buy there now is $10 worth of products using the $10 Care Pass coupon. Even then, the value of that for $5 a month is dwindling. It's just not worth going there anymore.

I don't have anything but fun in this place. Every thing looked so peachy. I couldn't handle the simplicity! This drugstore was a brand new shiny Eckerds 30 years ago. They have a good selection of cereal especially lots of JUICY FRUIT!

I would put zero stars if possible Samantha is the rudest not giving a flip about the fact I've been trying to get my meds for 2 weeks she said she is the boss & no one else can help me. she definitely had the I don't care attitude & I still can't get my meds I will be transferring my prescriptions and I will post on all my social media accounts about the rudeness of this pharmacy SHE TOLD ME I COULD COMPLAIN TO 1800CVSCARE? and I will ZERO STARS

Went to this location and Mansur I believe that’s how you spell his name. Sorry if it’s not! He was very polite. I don’t really shop at cvs other than for medicine but for sure recommend going to this cvs. Thank you Mansur.

The register needed an attendant's approval while I was checking out. The man that helped was so rude and seemed annoyed that I needed assistance. I was unsure as to why the system alerted for an attendant anyway. Every time I go to this location, the only option to check out is self check out. So I am not sure why the employee acted like he wasn't at work and that I interrupted some personal matter. Is he not there to attend to the counter? As I was leaving I saw the UPS access point sign and I had a package in the car for UPS that was labeled and ready for shipment. The same man did not want to accept the package and I wanted to make sure that my shipment was sent. I informed him he was very rude and lacked customer service skills and stated that I would drop it off at a UPS store since he was so inconvenienced. He did not apologize or attempt to resolve the situation. Your store has very high prices for the items that you sell. I shop there because it is close to my house. This location now lacks cleanliness and customer service. You should retrain or fire the man who was involved in today's interaction. You should have people with no social skills working in the back and not with customers.
